I think the camera cost like 100-150 but maybe the kid at school, you can sell the photos to ,must suggest it, if you sold enough pictures.
Get enough pictures, talk to the kid on the far left of the playground during lunch/recess and he'll mention making a PayMeOn account of some kind. Afterwards, go home to your computer, you should see a "Set up PayMeOn account" (or whatever it's called). Then try talking to the clerk at the High-Tec store again.
As for the mom specifically, you'll need to buy some DIY tools and head to the foot of your bed. Set the camera up there and you'll film in the morning.

Mrs. Jennings - Camera in the school bathroom, you'll need DIY tools, and fool around during school.
Sydney - Set it up in the living room.
Sarah - Outside door of the Park Toilet, you'll need DIY tools.
Ms. Amos - Location is the window in your room.
Kimberly - I think there is an option to use your phone during her BJ scene in the park bathroom.
