I got the new dialog stamp like ten times now and still no advancement throw Ms Amons purity rout... I'm am litorly stuck on her being level 4 for the past 3 days now... does anyone now how to fix this, or found a way to pass through this

No problem. Yea can't figure out the resolution problem and have tried a variety of things. Luckily this method works on most games. Sadly not this one
what u have to do is find the grave stones saying they worthy of a reward u give the gold to those graves

You have to download & install that separately. Just google/<search engine of your choice> it.
RPGMaker games come in two forms typically - As a RTP (Run Time Package) or just the files to run if you've already got the relevant version of RPGMaker installed.
I think ones made in RPGMakerMV are different though.
Don't recall having to download & install MV at all. However, it's a lot more of a system hog by comparison, even if it is somewhat better suited for modern systems.
