Fred was, is, and always will be a delicate case.
I personally would still like to see him get more content but I also know very well that a lot of people don't care or actively HATE the guy.

I think the issue is that a LOT of people can't stand the idea of cuckery, or someone sleeping with a woman you're banging. So if Fred is doing his thing and you both team up on a girl, MAYBE that's okay. But I think that as the game progresses and you get updates on his harem (if people go with the Gary/antagonist route) and suddenly he's a rival, I think that's something that makes him a good character to chart your own growth. Iunno, maybe before another chapter, you meet Fred and he talks about what he's done and you realize you need to do similar stuff.

So both of you are figuring out these powers, but you're both pulled into the mystical mumbo jumbo and come out as destined rivals.

But all in all, his progress doesn't interfere with yours as the game moves forward at least until the end if he's a final boss.

In regards to story, having 3 for Pure, Neutral, Corrupt story may be what can be added and decided upon. So neutral is 5:5 on girls or something while you have a 6:4 split for the others.

But that requires nailing down more demons and their politics in order to really get started.

While I like the community involvement I'd like to see the final version of what Nergal has before trying to decide too much. Having a direction is nice, and the input is great, but I'd rather see a decision on what the direction of the story is and then proceed on that. Patreon polls are nice, but I see far too many stories devolve in response to the whim of the public that once we have a path I'd suggest we stay on it, whatever that is, and work towards that goal.

Fred or whatever I don't really care too much about, having a foil is nice overall (and I could care less about NTR and such as it doesn't flip my switches one way or another). I haven't played Wootch's mess in forever and don't really recall much of Fred other than telling the MC where to get the tools.

I do like @Ungawa's idea about meeting some "rivals" or maybe people who are actively blocking progress.
For example, Mrs.J's husband. He could just lower her corruption by being around her as something the anchors her to her "pure"/normal self instead of the corrupted pet/slut you're turning her into.
A system like this is very easy to implement because all it would really do is lower the corruption stat over time.
Of course, once corruption gets high enough it'll no longer go down (or at least not further down than a certain level).

And yes, story is important. And although I LOVE organic storys that change with the players actions, we could start by scaling it down and do only 2 maybe 3 endings/paths first and once those are done release more paths/endings as a sort of free dlc.
The reason I say this is because I'm scared that we're all ALREADY expecting too much of the community project. And if we do that it means that if we were all expecting great and the final product is "only" good, it's crap and everyone will hate it (see every AAA game with hype-trains running years before the game was released as evidence).

I like that idea, and if we do it we can even add in gameplay mechanics, to wedge apart your target and their corruption check(person, thing the lowers corrutions daily). This will make you have to focus on a person instead of doing what ever you want. But should we also have Purity be affected as well?

That's the best course of action. Cursed armor did that and the side stories are honestly the best part of the game.

It's been a while hasn't it? I've not disappeared...I've just been caught up with my family recently. But anyway, I have updated the patch in the attachment below. It's mostly just aesthetic updates and some bugfixes that users have reported. One major one bug that it should fix the corrupt Jennings bj issue that people have been having. I love the fact that the community is getting so involved it's a bit overwhelming to be honest. I really should make a better effort to check back on this thread more regularly...I think I'm caught up now and will try to stay caught up in the future. On the issue of Fred, I really don't mind one way or another as long as content isn't forced on the player. Any content with Fred should probably be optional and not essential to progressing either corrupt or pure paths of any characters. That's all the time I really have for now as I'm running late as it is. Let me know about any issues with the patch

I think Nergal meant to continue with it in some way, but yes, it's mainly just a throwback to UxL.

what im a bit disappointed in this "clone" is that we don't have Nessa.
i enjoyed playing her in Urban X more then the kid.
unfortunately when Wootch did return to fuck with Nergal, as he didn't like some to continue his unfinished game, Nergal was forced to stop updating the game, I believe it could have been a great game and most likely finished. Nergal, as many people liked the idea of this game created Demons, but skipped Nessa and now abandoned. in the end its all Wootch fault! damn him.

I had high hopes for this modding thing but,I'm no longer interested you guys want to change too much of what Nergal had in mind most of the people could careless about the story they just want to fap lol,and now you guys are thinking of possible NTR? So many people hate that stupid genre of porn, to me personally it makes me sick but yea I'm out I'll stick to nergals versions you guys want to changr all of what Nergal had in mind,it's alright with changing some stuff but I think this planning you guys are doing is getting a bit too much in terms of the changing the original game might as well reboot it as your own game,oh and almost forgot having a rival reducing your stats for the women will make the game more Grindy then it already is.

Did the latest patch fix the threesome scene? It seems like the only way to unlock it is to view the scene in the cheat room first, but then we never see the dialogue leading up to the first time.

Yeah @piri_vm I'm not sure what @EternalLight00 and @Fakeomnikuken are talking about... The game has always been partially NTR. Ms. Amos and Mrs. Jennings have always been in a relationship even back in Wootch's version of the game.
Sarah and Lisa are both married mothers who were already cheating on their husbands before Peter (the MC) got involved.
And yes, having a rival that reduces the corruption stat with the women does make the game more grindy if it were to be implemented the wrong way so I understand why that idea doesn't sound very positive, but hey, we're just in the IDEA/PLANNING phase of this project. Nothing is set in stone yet.
Also, don't get me wrong, depending on how it's implemented I too hate NTR with a passion. But if you've liked how UD or even UxL implemented it up to now then there is no real reason to worry about it becoming a big problem in the future because the goal (at least for me) is to try and stay as true as possible to where Nergal was headed but with our own twist added to it.

Hey guys. Because of the hurricane in Florida i might not have internet for the next few day or maybe even a week but i hope for the best. If anything i will write ideas on how to continue the story on a note book and upload them later on so you guy's can give opinions. Right now all we can do is brainstorm for the story
