Its not bout real or fake but it's the official rule from nomeme patreon that only 5$ patreon above could legally enjoy the game now which is 3-4 weeks before public release
If there is early poster it's just good news for leechers and less appreciation for nomeme

What's the deal with the extra chapters? Why are they labeled 4 and 5? Are they standalone? Canon? Do you integrate them with the other files? If they are made by the same creator as the rest of the game, I don't understand why they aren't just included in the base game by default.

They are not canon. They are made by the same creator, but I dont know why they have been made, it might be possible that they are just comissions or "Thank you"-Projects for dedicated Patrons.
