PC or Android? Are you using an IME? Renpy has issues with keyboards that submit strings instead of key events. If you are on PC then the simplest thing for you might be to use a save editor to change the name. On Android, try the google keyboard.

The interactions are repeatable, like ||doggy style sex with Vera||. There are also ambient events, like with Vera and Uno ||which leads to a sex scene with Vera||. Special events like dates and such can't be repeated in world and much be done through replays.
