Why would you expect to? A creampie is when you see the pussy with cum dripping out it, whether you see it or not doesn't change the chances of pregnancy if you cum inside. They are related tags sure, but definitely not exclusive

Thanks for the information, I was afraid that I would have to start over with this new updateI'm not sure if I've run into some bizarre RNG, but I can't seem to get Alana pregnant. I know the scenes are there, but I've done it about ten times on both paths just to see what happens, and I'm not getting any pregnancy notification. Bad luck or could there actually be a bug here? From what I remember, it was almost always after the first time for the previous women.
Edit: I turned off random pregnancy and it still is not doing anything. My man is shooting blanks, lmao

Same logic as the rest the Wenches, so it's just bad luck. You can toggle Random Pregnancies off at the game's settings.

No need for cheats IMHO since all the cheats are built in for those who need them. Use VN Mode (Settings -> Toggle Game Settings) and/or Chicken mode in 1:1 combat.
