You really don't understand anything about the developer's intention in this game, do you? I bet there will never be any opportunity in this game for the MC to rape somebody. So this game might not be the right one for you.

No need for me to add a new patch for this chapter, chapter 3 only involves Miley and a new female character, no Aunty moments in this one. Maybe with the next chapter a new patch file has to be made.

I had to shorten the story for 2nd and 3rd chapter cuz of changes made to the whole story to add choices. Chapter 4 will be big I think.

Alright, the Incest patches seem to work fine again. Lines of code were added in the original scripts so I had to adjust both patch files after some trial and error stuff, the only downside is that a new game should be started to continue the game with Chapter 3 (My old save would give a error when loading it with the adjusted patches.)
