I am playing in very hard and i got a question,one of my strategy was to put every member of each squad with a extra medallion that gave the option to boost his race,in normal it was a decent strategy but i don't know in very hard it doesn't seem to help very much,am i mistaken or does this strategy become obsolete in harder dificults?

The damage bonus from that sort of becomes irrelevant after hard mode aka. very hard. Hard physique, helmet split, and such is much more important. Where the race boosting stuff is merely a neat little bonus on some items.

? I think I found a couple but they're mostly just saying what different choices do and don't focus on the bigger picture (yes I know being a dick is going to give me conquest, gee thanks).
