Yo anyone know how to fix this tried reinstalling and shit doesn't work would take any help possible.

Which version of the game are you using, and do you have any modifications?
I have version v9.5.0.1 and I have the modifications Assembly-CSharp.dll part of the modded version nothing else.

They should regain energy by not scheduling them for 1 or 2 days. I usually end up splitting them into three teams, and have them rotate, one team for each night. Not all roles take the same amount of energy, so with a lot of min-maxing, you could probably get away with only two teams, and redistribute the tasks carefully depending on the energy they have available. But, that's too much of a hassle for me, which is why I use three teams.

I'll add that early on in the game, you really want to focus on hiring a volume of cheap girls over anything else. So once you've got your first one, as soon as you've earned enough to hire a second, do it. And then so on, until you have about six. I wouldn't buy anything else until you're at that point. And then focus on trying to have at least two work as much of the shift as possible before their energy hits zero.
When you're choosing which ones are going to work the next night, they'll be listed from left to right on the bottom of the screen as far as who has the most energy, which makes it easier. There may be times early on where you have to decide to just not make much money because not enough are rested enough.

Also, there's no time limits in this game, really not anything you miss out on because you've wasted too much time. So you could just skip a day to rest if you really need to. In my current game, I think I'm on like day 150 (don't feel like opening the game to check), and I still only have three booths. Obviously, if the night ends more quickly, you'll make less money/reputation, but girls will use less energy.
That's a great point that I should have made. Its absolutely in the player's favor to take everything slowly and gradually, and I think is more fun that way too, because you're more likely to see a wider variety of content from different girls as well. And then if you have a bunch of different kinds of girls, you're also more likely to have a better match for sending them to the brokers and getting a better reward.

My thoughts exactly. I actually made a deliberate choice this time to hold off on getting the upgrades that help girls recover energy more quickly, so I'll be less tempted to use the same girls almost every night.
When I realized there is a built-in day counter, I haven't been able to relax and play it slow. I even have a spreadsheet where I track on which day I achieved one or another milestone like a club upgrade. My PB is Final Club at day 41
Yeah, over the years I've basically developed a personal system for how I go through the process, and I always stop at 3 booths and don't buy the rest upgrades.

I've found booth number upgrade to be the best upgrade as long as you're fine managing that many. It adds to the length of the night thus adding to the capabilities of the other booths.
One funny strat with skipping days is using the savings account investor upgrade as you just get free money by passing days. You can also do classes during this to boost your girls by some amount (I really have no idea if classes are any good, I never pay attention). It is a very boring way to play but kind of funny. I find it more fun to play without skipping days and trying to roll with what happens.

Yeah, the compound interest upgrade is god-tier OP. That's a good one for people to get (savespam until an investor offers that one) if they don't want to worry about money or management stuff, and just want to have a "semi-random porn clip viewer" platform.

hey everyone I have a problem that I don't understand about the game!! in fact while I make the girls work I only have the right to Striptease and nothing else the boxes at the bottom of the screen are crossed out in red and it's frustrating whereas in the game files with the girls I have the videos where she sucks, deepthroat... but in the game nothing can anyone help me unlock all that
