I did a quick search but didn't see a post about this. I'm having openness get stuck at a certain value. For example Kimmy Granger is stuck at 49.8 for some reason.
Dance can only increase openness to a certain level. Same with Pose, Forplay, etc. So to increase openness further, you need to have them work those tasks specifically. Depending on your RNG and how many work options you have available, that can be tricky.
For example, I had a girl at 32.3 or something, and the only jobs I got that day were sex, oral, and dance. Sex and Oral were to high for her to work, and dance was to low to increase her openness. It doesn't happen often, but it can be mildly frustrating.

Have her perform different actions. Every action can only raise a girl's openness to a certain level.

This one took a while. It basically add the possiblity to giove lessons to the girls and get some interaction with them. Of course, pack makers can also create their own lessons for the girls.

Given that adding lessons can be a bit difficult (not too much though) I will try to help people creating lessons. Don't hesitate to PM me if you have any difficulty!
After a while though, I hope that people of the community will be able to help each other.

Alright, so... currently have an issue with the lessons at the Lounge. Admittedly haven't tried this with just the default girls yet, so no idea if it's mod related or what. But when clicking on Lounge, it doesn't give me the option to switch to different girls. At least, not until AFTER I already spend a lesson on the girl it's defaulted to. Considering this is relatively early in the game, all I have is that single lesson, rendering it fairly limited atm.

on top of full new download, can we have update package ? like we have already the game, can we just update it ? instead to download whole new game pack ?

That happen me when I've some girl with 100 openness, I set every girl to 0 and now it's OK, but new scenes at lounge only happen with the default girls starting on the game, I haven't read yet how to make a pack with lounge, you can wait for a fix or change ther values on openness at Jason folder...
