That was just a super shorthand and joking way of saying that the gameplay loop of this game was taken 1:1 from Majima's hostess club minigame. The same assign customers to girls mechanic, the same give them what they want mechanic. The biggest difference is that (obviously) the Yakuza 0 version isn't porn, though it does star a bunch of JAV porn stars. Ai Uehara is a girlpack in this game, and voices/mocaps/has a character named for herself in Yakuza 0 as well.

Hey guys! Sorry for not communicating much recently. Those past few weeks have been quite busy for me, so I didn't have a lot of time to work on the game. I'll try to find some time (and motivation, honnestly) to work on it, but I can't make any promise. So I can't give you any date on the next update. My apologies for that.
I'm also thinking of reducing the amount of content that will be in it, so that I can release the update sooner.
I intend to sligthly rework the finishers that could be selected acording to what performance is being done, but that would require quite a lot of reworking the game, so that would be an entire udate in itself I think.
And, the "lesson" side of the game is inspired by the talks (I don't remember how they are called) that Majima has with the "main girls" of the hostess minigame. I didn't know that Ai Uehara had a character in Yakuza 0 though.

Yes, it is. I loved that minigame and thought that it would fit a porn game perfectly. It seems like it does, although my poor attempt does not compare in the slightest to what the minigame is.

She's appropriately enough Ai. The hostess. That you get from Club Mars. That's Ai Uehara essentially playing herself.
I honestly think that it's just a matter of months before someone sees the potential of this game and makes his own cleaner, better version of it, with regular updates. Packs are here, and someone who has the time and wants to make money will do that for sure.
IMO Tobe just stick to Story Lines too damm hard to look around 4 all these new choices.

I'd honestly love seeing a smoother game with way more girls

A) Asa Akira isn't in lottery. She's available in "Recruit Girls". When you've fired her? She'll be back in "Recruit Girls" again.
B) 500+ girl packs, isn't enough choice?

Like the early 2000s? Current perfomers? Any era in between? How about trannies? Deepfakes? Fictional characters? Big breasts? Little breasts? Fake breasts? Big ass? Little ass? MILFs? Tall? Short? In between? Tattoos? Black? White? Asian?
Every type of performer you can imagine likely has multiple options for downloads, all neatly categorized on Page 3 of the girlpacks thread (I think). Oh, and a shit-ton are being added at any given time. I cannot fathom how anyone might ask for "way more girls."
End Rant!

Agreed! The girl pack collection this game has is insane, and gets crazier by the week!
They must not have found the available girlpacks list, it's the only reason someone would say that. It would make more sense to say there are way too many girls, 500+ packs, that's some F'n serious HDD space needed!

Hey everyone (and especially packmakers)!
The next update should come out relatively soon, when it is out of testing, fixing and building. In the meantime, I came here to warn you that the new multiple finisher category will be added. The idea of said categoey is for finishers with three or four people (therefore two or three clients with the girl).
So, if you want to add it in your packs before the update, you need to add a folder named "Group" in the "Finish" folder.
Inside this "Group" folder, you must add a "3Some" folder for threesome finish and a "4Some" folder for the foursome finish.
Once the update is out, it should work perfectly. The "How to" will also be updated.

Hm, and what about the length of those? Iirc the regular finishers are 10-12 seconds or so. I dont think the group finisher will often fit since most of the time its done one by one.

The way I did it is by heavily editing the videos when needed. So a few jumpcuts in it. The videos are on average between 15-20 seconds.
I leave packmakers to do it the way they want.

Then inside the Group there will be 3Some and 4Some, am I right?
Also, if I may add, wouldn't make more sense to have 3Some and Multiple, with this last one meaning from 3 to as many as the given gild has to offer. Just an idea!
