Yes, I actually thought that the site rules conformed to laws. They don't. (I don't personally care but the site could potentially face problems for this reason)

The real problem is that in most countries in the world, and especially in the US and EU, we have child pornography laws which criminalizes depiction of underage characters, even in cartoon porn. I am pretty sure that no government is going to care about the internal rules of a website when they are more lax than a nation's laws? I believe f95zone is registered in the US, which makes US Federal law the jurisdiction.

BTW, the rule was put in due to a discussion in which a person wrongfully described lolita as a pre-pubescent girl. Loli actually means a sexually suggestive young girl (she could even be "legal" but is usually not). Laws don't look at how the girl looks, but at her age. And this girl is 14 which makes it clearly problematic, legally speaking.
So, first, these VNs are modifications of my comics, taken from my website with modified dialogue and images.

It explicitly states on my website that "All characters are 18+" and "All characters depicted in sexual situations are 18 years of age or older and of the age of consent, even if it looks otherwise."

At no point in my comics are any ages or dates explicitly stated.

Also, I am not from the USA, and my work is not hosted in the USA.

I am not responsible for modifications to my work, or for your incorrect assumptions about fictional character ages. I am not responsible for what the F95 website owners choose to publish.

I have my preferred aesthetic, as I'm sure you do. Slim with small boobs does not mean underage. None of my characters are underage. As long as every real person that participates in enjoying that aesthetic is a consenting adult, then live and let live.

That is true, and the "lolita" which is the same as "loli" concept was derived from the girl's name in the movie. The girl in the movie was, by the way, not prepubescent (she had clear puberty signs).

This is because the actor, Sue Lyon, was 16 at the time and this was even before any age limitation on porn (porn was illegal everywhere until at least 1966 and child pornography was not effectively illegal until around 2000).

I have no idea where the definition of loli on f95zone comes from, but it is clearly different from the dictionary's.
If you look at the M-L dictionary, you will get the definition, which does not consider any underage requirement for a girl to be lolita (and certainly not any prepubescent requirement), only that she should be young and sexually attractive and expressive.

Enough about the term because this is not the "problem" here. The problem is that laws apply on websites, too, and websites with adult content should be extra careful because they are responsible for what they make available.

The laws in the US (and most EU countries) define child pornography as any pornographic content with underage girls.
Underage is defined as the age of majority (usually 18).

Any sexual depiction of people under the age of 18, even in comics, generated images or other artistic expressions, is a crime. It is not a requirement that the minor depicted is a real person. In the US, it is covered by the PROTECT act. * (see the bottom paragraphs, after the dashes)
In most EU criminal laws, it is defined as "any kind of content".
So it means that even short stories etc. without visual depictions are covered by the laws. *

It even means that if the girl is said to be 18, but clearly looks younger, there could be a problem.
This wouldn't be an issue with this game because the girl could theoretically pass for 18. If she had no female traits, but is told to be 18, it would likely be illegal.

Other than that, the girl in this game also meets the classic/typical definition of a lolita. A sexually attractive and suggestive young girl.

----------

* The precedent set by that court case suggests that in California courts you will not face criminal child pornography charges for creation, ownership, or distribution of animated or computer generated images. However, under federal law, you can be charged.

FINALLY... I am just raising my concern here and letting you know what I have found out. I am an "old" porn, erotica and nudes producer and have had a lot of thoughts and challenges in the regard of photographing young girls specifically because if they even look underage, nobody wants to buy them.
I am not actually going to do anything about this, that's not my goal or point. I just wanted to tell you how this could actually potentially harm the site, and I don't want that to happen.

What does federal law say?

In 2003, Congress passed the , which stands for the, “Prosecutorial Remedies and Other Tools to end the Exploitation of Children Today” Act. Under the Protect Act, it is illegal to create, possess, or distribute, "a visual depiction of any kind, including a drawing, cartoon, sculpture or painting", that "depicts a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct and is ‘obscene' or ‘depicts an image that is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in...sexual intercourse...and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.” ( ). To clarify, under federal law, drawing and animation are considered child pornography, and you can be convicted for possession or marketing of such material.

Look mate, I understand what you are trying to do. Just don't.

Rule 7 has been discussed to death on this forum and it is what it is. DumbKoala is 100% correct in his interpretation of the Forums rule. There are a good number of very popular games on here, where the character are looking under age (18) but are not prepubescent.

A 100+ years ago people could got married at 13 without anyone looking twice at this. In RL I'm all for the age limit of 18, but I think F95 have it spot on with their rule 7. It's something I'm comfortable playing in the right circumstance.

If you are unhappy with F95 implementation with Rule 7, I would ignore games with a loli tag in them. Most of the girls in these games are officially 18 years old, but with an age patch or common sense one can read between the lines.

Is there anymore games like this where the daughter is daughter is doing the seducing? It's a trope that needs to be explored more.
There are a few of them...

I love daddy
This one can get a bit crazy.

Light of my life
Very good, slow burner game.

Single again

Nice cute one, also slow progress

There are some more that came out recently, but these are the ones I can think of.

Unable to run the game. The game just doesn't start up. Not sure why I was able to run other dumb koala and renpy games just fine. Any ideas on how to fix?

Lain said in another thread that some antivirus programs can be a bit aggressive and stop it from running.

This is REAALLY good for a single-scene short, except

I don't want to sound too critical, as the writing, facial expressions, etc make this the best scene I've seen yet in a VN and I only offer criticism because it's so close to perfect. The writer is really on the right track with

This is great, any plans to continue this series??
There's already a sequel called SASHA'S INITIATION. The first 2 parts are already out on now and the 3rd part is coming out next month. And these stories feed into my episodic SINNERS comics as backstories for the girls.

Section 2256 of Title 18, United States Code, defines child pornography as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age). Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor.

It has to depict an actual person under 18, not a generic human nor one that is clearly not a real person. Canada and the UK, on the other hand have draconian laws where it doesn't matter what the actual age is, if it looks like it could be underage or is stated that it is underage it is underage and therefore porn. You could have a 97 year old but if she was wearing a school girl outfit and claimed to be 12, it would be **********. You don't even need images in Canada. A purely text story is illegal. Technically, Clan of the Cave Bear could be deemed **********.

How I hate this bullshit talk about restrictions...

Are you aware of VPN and the dark web? Not to mention loli sites, DLSite, pixiv and baraag ones, and mega. Do you know who's mega.nz founder? - The man who was running ill-fated megaupload with so called illegal content. Its closure by FBI gone with scandal, but after the founder got released, he moved to New Zealand and founded mega.nz to counter-strike the FBI closure, it was a typical redemption.

If you think something is a jailbait, don't buy it, therefore the content mostly are available for free and you can always use VPN (also available for free) to access and get it, for fuck's sake!

Also I think the agencies like FBI have much more important jobs than suing harmless persons for interest of artwork(CGI)...

And, one is for sure, forbidden is always desirable, like taboos.

So, this site has the rules and if a content is allowed here, neither we, who like this content, nor the devs want to hear this bullshit...

If you're against this, just go around and get along some iced water...

Thus keep calm and keep going...

What curious daughter wouldn't want to bang a HOT dad like him?! He's a DILF too :p
Turn ons...
+Hot handsome Dad.
Turn offs...
-She "Hates" her dad, but.....
-Because of the 'hate', she pushes his hot looks into the shadows.
-Some dialog misplacements.
Overall...
= The story would've been better if it was about Vicky and her dildo she calls 'Daddy' - Fantasiser Dream.
= The hot handsome Dad needs a VN story all to himself without bitchface Vicky ;)
