All RPG Maker games need RunTimePackages to work. This is how developers keep their games size small.

Your error is about RPG RTP missing. Download dependency and install from here:

i just did but that but it didnt work do i need a specific version of the rpgmaker rtp if so what one

Honestly, I installed all of them for good measure. You just never know what engine a game is running on as a layman and RTPs don't take much space. So go ahead and install them all if you can spare the space.


Also make sure to restart your system after removing that .dll file. You didn't really need it as the game runs fine out of the package:
