Ahhhh... yeah, I'm familiar with that process and attempted it in the past (and failed miserably) when trying to convert a similar model to Gen8.

Was hoping one could import directly from Blender. This model is high detail, guess it would be a waste to dumb it down for G2 (even if I could).

Do we know if VaM 2 will use corrective morphs for G8? I'm asking because a couple of years ago I tried to port Genesis 3 to Unity, and I wrote a script that uses the built-in DAZ corrective morphs (which are based on bone rotation values), and it was slow. Like really slow.

You could use facegen like everybody else

You should not share your personal pictures, try facegen.

Sounds good! I have a ton of custom Gen8.1 models I made that I have no use for that may as well do something with.

for some tutorials in creating characters/scenes in Daz and exporting to VaM. But VaM 2 isn't widely available yet, is it? I searched f95 and only found a tech demo from 2022.
