no idea man. never seen something like this. all i can think of is maybe some permission issue or write issue with the files? does it happen on a fresh install? do it on a different drive or something and just copy over the addon packages and saves you need, nothing else and test if it happens again.

From VaM's installation instructions:
"IMPORTANT: choose a folder that is not admin-rights protected. For example, don't try to install to Program Files directory as that is admin-protected. VaM needs to be able to write files to the directory you install it in."
Sounds like you put VaM in a protected directory, that's why VaM can't write the key into a file, and therefore you might need to re-enter it every single time.

Except the whole point of deleting is to free up disk space temporary, at the moment I have nowhere to backup it as I am data hoarder with tens of TB of full disks and I just need to temporary remove VAM and all addons for few days then reinstall everything I had from the HUB.

Don't think there is a bit in the var that says that it is downloadable from the hub, will probably need to poke their hub api in some way to check, but have no idea. You could try and free some space by deleting duplicates and older versions, can use Var Browser or some of the other plugins to remove older and duplicate files, should save you some storage. Or you could just buy another ssd? they are not expensive.
look at the first message he sent. he asked for a list of addons. "Is there any way to export addons list downloaded from VAM HUB"
if you want to redownload everything, there might be a way. i havent tested this i just came up with it now. if you inspect meta.json of a var, it has a dependencies list. it looks like this

maybe you can write a script to put all the vars files names you need in here and then let the builtin hub browser download all of it, since now its a dependency of this var file.

Hey just wanted to know if i could do something about the game not opening and just giving me a black screen. I downloaded the full game and all but everytime i launch it, its just a black screen. Any help on how to fix it?

Did you start it in desktop or VR mode? How long did you wait for the "game" (it's not a game though) to load?
Depending on your hardware, this might take up to several minutes.

It's not that simple. To really use VaM, sort change stuff, modify atoms, etc. VaM has quite a steep learning curve and it's really not user friendly.
That being said. If you put in some time, ignore/forget some frustration it's quite worth it.
As far as I know, the most reliable way is to just regularly do a manual check of your addonpackages folder and move older versions of non-plugin VARs to a folder somewhere else on your hd (or delete them if you're sure they are not needed).
Older versions of plugins should stay in your addonpackages folder, as sometimes other VARs that depend on that particular version of the script won't work properly.
Morph packages are a bit of an exception though, and any VARs that just contain morphs can be unpacked into the correct folders, and then removed from addonpackages. Looks and appearances don't care where the morphs they depend on come from (despite the error log messages about missing VARs), so having them all stored in your custom/atom/person/morphs folder is fine.
If you do that, you'll get a load of subfolders in each of your morph folders. Merge all the subfolders in Morphs/female and remove any exact duplicates (but move ones with different file-sizes into a subfolder, as some different morphs have the same name). Then do the same for Morphs/female genital, etc. It speeds up load times and makes look creation easier due to not having thousands of duplicate morphs. Just to note that if you plan to release scenes dependent on those morphs, you'll have to include the morphs in your VAR or use morph merger to make a custom morph, or just use a separate install (with the morph packages as VARs) for content creation intended for distribution.
