i have downloaded the all the files with the help of mega sync i know there's llimit of 3gb per download and than a waiting period but you can download mega sync software and create account. it should give you 40 GB worth of data to be able to download the entire file and that addition of 40 gb lasts for 180 days or so.
your wrar file is corrupted. redownload the newest version and others first install 3.3c than add patches until you reach the latest after that install the latest in same folder. it should work
extract 3.3c
extract the next file in the same folder until you reach 4.40 and install that in the same folder

I was wondering if anyone had all of the old PornBB girls/packs backed up somewhere, all of the links are either dead or locked behind a 6 hour wait time.
I can also confirm that the torrent is very dead, if anyone is looking to get into this all you got is the Mega link to the girl's files and the game itself.

damn, such an odd part of internet porn history is and it just kinda dies, I mean, they are even still making new ones. I'll try to see if removing the software and reinstalling it (because it's been a while) fixes the problem.

Same, I also tried to figure it out myself using the error code I was getting from running it in Admin mode, but I got no dice there, guess we just gotta wait for the support team to get back to us, and then I'll post a guide to getting it to run if you don't
Were you getting the mscomctl.ocx error when trying to run in admin mode? After countless attempts, I finally resolved that. I have to unregister the component before registering it again, then rebooting. I was able to clear the errors, but it still crashed on video even running as admin.

ok, Tech Support got in touch with me and now I have a different problem, back on that in a moment.
1. open Command Prompt in admin mode
2. copy and paste "regsvr32 /u MSCOMCTL.OCX" hit enter
3. download and extract the MSCOMCTL file attached and put it in your system32 folder (C:\Windows\System32) replace files if necessary.
4. go back to the command prompt, copy and paste "regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX"
5. Restart your computer.
NOTE: I know this is registering into system 32 which only 32 bit windows uses, I'm using 64 bit windows and this is what worked, I don't know what tomfuckery is happening either.
after doing this I was no longer getting the mscomctl.ocx error, but I was getting a new one upon trying to open a girl, this time for comdlg32.ocx if you get the same error, just follow these instructions:
1. open Command Prompt in admin mode
2. copy and paste "regsvr32 /u comdlg32.ocx" hit enter
3. download and extract the comdlg32 file attached and put it in your system32 folder (C:\Windows\System32) replace files if necessary.
4. go back to the command prompt, copy and paste "regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx"
5. Restart your computer.
( I know its the same instructions with the name change)
Now the new issue is that the video still isn't appearing, but now if open the game in Admin mode and select a girl the damn thing crashes, I sent an email to Support telling them about the new problem, I'll post if it gets resolved

This is the same place I'm at, progress wise. They gave me a series of codec/video steps to try, but those were all a bust as well.
