This. You get a save pop up right before this happens, so what's the harm?
I haven't played that game, but you made a point about this one and the Cafe, so I'd like to address it.
MC here literally stops doing whatever she's doing so that he has to remove his hand from her. After this every other event with him has an option which allows you to avoid the guy in one way or another, because now she knows. Same with other characters. You get some introduction and then you decide how to approach it.
The choices are there in one way or another in most cases, you can't avoid everything in life, but you can fight it.
And thank you for the feedback, I'm currently re-making a lot, so I'll make sure to take it into consideration.
There is no harm, it's just looked weird to me that there is option which ends game so early.I expected some crazy fight, prison escape or something...:FeelsGoodMan:
Also about helping girl in cafe. If it is important for story, MC needs to go there to see that George, and at the end MC will end up there no matter what we choose, than why choice? Just linear dialogue "unexpected nice opportunity, that's same place where George is located, I can't miss that I should go there + i'll help that girl..." whatever. It's just looks like mocking with those choices without choices. But at the end it's smaller problem, comparing to other one.
About scene, all I saw was that creep rubbing his hand over MC's back 3-4 times, and it was enough for me, that's where my journey through this game ended. I don't know what's coming or not coming after that, cause it was more than I'm able to tolerate when it's about that kind of content. I just don't want to play with some MC which let that happen. My MC would never let him stand so close to her at first place or would at worst case end up that first second he layed his hand.
At the end it is your game and you're free to make it whatever you want and like, we players can play it or not play, can be delighted with it, pissed off or disapointed, but I think that all games should not have forced content of any kind. People are picky (trust me, I know) when it's come to that things and slightest thing in game can make them to adore it or abandon it. That's the way all will be happy, all will play and some of them with deeper pocket will support with something concrete.
I'll wait to see that remake.
