The "prologue" part I think was ported to VIS Origins and refined there. I can't tell you exactly because I played RotL way back and felt no need to go again. Perhaps I'll do it this time... But you can start there as it sheds light to characters and events you'll see in VIS. One doesn't exclude the other.

I quit last version when the game dropped you into the sandbox. I fucking hate Sandboxes, I dont get why you have all that VR Story and then after X releases it drops you into the Sandbox out of nowhere.

VN it's story. Sanbox it's bonus content
Sanbox it's early beta not has many options for the moment. Has the brothel unlocked by edits and casino in the inn during the night

Hey man,

Well, the VN has only the main story without the sandbox elements. So basically if you like the lore/concept/story, you can play the VN only mode if you hate sandbox.

The game is updated when I deliver the targeted content that I have in mind. I have invested in a team to deliver more complex and quality builds. So, the priority is to deliver the story and merge the player into the Vis world, whatever the costs are.
