Playing this from the beginning again after a year and holy shit do I just want to buy a gun and jam it down that fat fuck Otaku's throat; genuinely cannot think of a more annoying porn game character than that useless piece of shit.

It will probably be added some time in the future, so dont worry for it currently.
Lol, haha, lmao even.

As a developer, it is a logical sort, albeit not a mathematical one. It's called x.y.z versioning, with each symbol corresponding respectively to major releases, minor releases, and patches. As their names imply, major releases are reserved for a huge change in functionalities (a 1.0 usually being the first proper public release of a finished project), minor releases are for more modest implementations and modifications, while patches are mostly bug fixes. They're all numbers and incremented separately, and don't work like decimals. Hell it's not even that rare to also have letters for patches.
Most softwares have it or a similar form, it's just not front and center since it's not really a useful information for consumers. And I guess that's also why some games on this site use chapters and parts instead, it's probably less confusing for people not familiar with the convention.

... If I had a nickel for every time I explained x.y.z versioning in this thread, I'd have two nickels.
I understand the logical behind it. When talking about sorts, I meant literally the way files and folders sort in directories. I'm not aware of any directory sort that would make folders named for releases (such as v0.1, v0.9, and v0.10) to sort in the order released.

So all my previous saves have an error upon loading, likely because I was using Lain/Lord Ashram walkthrough mod. The new 0.10 walkthrough mod doesn't fix it for me. Anyone else have this issue?

Yeah, everyone has this issue.

You can start a new game and at the start, you get the option to jump to the new content (which got added in 0.10).

Hmm, I see. Is there any way to reload past saves though or will it require an entirely new game?

WTF happened with the new update?

Every animation is basically a slideshow and my CPU is capped at 100% i7-7700k and 3070. I can play Cyberpunk with near max settings but this is unplayable.

All the old animations runs perfectly smooth. Anyone got a fix?

"My GPU died last week, I can't work until it arrive, should be in 2 days.
A member of the team also recently lost a dear one.

But yes the update will be short, it's about 3-4 scenes, it has mostly sex content.
We will do our best to deliver it late December, for Christmas/holidays."

I'm glad I'm not a porn game developer brothers.

While I personally feel the same way (if for no other reason than, as a developer, I'd want my versions to sort out logically and trivially), it's certainly true that actual numbers do not have two decimal points. And, that the use of "." to indicate the decimal point can be cultural; in some places, I believe "," is used (with "." used to separate thousands, such that where we'd expect "1,000,000.00" others would expect "1.000.000,00")
Yes, if you are using decimals for most obvious reasons, you can't go beyond using 2 ciphers. At the same time, if you go beyond said 2 ciphers, automatically you are no longer using decimals, but centesimals, and even beyond that there are the millesimals and so on...

On the difference between the use of "." and "," in separating fractional chipers and integers: in Italy we use the . every thousands, milions and bilions and so on, while using , for the centesimals.
But seems like we could be one of the very few exceptions around the world in doing so.

If you find the x.y.z sorting system strange, dude, you must have never played LoL or whatever MOBA ever...
Basically you have there the Season number as well, integrated in the patch series.

Yeah, it's not like you could always right click on the folders and/or files, select "rename" and change them from 0.x to 0.0x to make said folders be sorted in order, before the 0.x0 folders...

Really? Making a bunch of Patreon money and having a private army to always jerk you off even when you're being super lazy and not delivering on your promised products sounds like an extremely comfortable way to live lmao
It's a joke about the excuse making it look like every possible accident and misfortune happens when you're a dev.

I kind of get the feeling we are only coming here to wait because we keep thinking that someday we'll see this game in its complete form, yet deep down we know it will never come to pass. Sad souls that can only lament the cruelty of the world and the asshattery of one guy.
