It's pretty good, it just suffers from the same syndrome as most of the popular porn games, the dev got cursed and now takes half a year to release an update even though he was able to put an update per month at the start.

Started promising but after some point, development felt to a crawl and went from 3 updates per year to 1, story took a few hit but remains ok, innecesary plot added to what started as a "revenge story", a few loved characters got an appearence chance (personally i didn't liked that).
I said you should give it a chance and play it, but don't hold your breath for now, maybe the game would regain his footing in the future or not and fall into the ground in flames.

Yes, play it, the game is very good. But dont expect frequent Updates. In my opinion, when you have other things to do or play (H-games or not), you can give Waifu Academy a shot and just come back to this Thread whenever the Dev updates the game. Actually waiting for Updates is a waste of time, but just playing it when it updates and focussing on the game and not the Dev brings a good experience.

Not really. The story is predictable, the characters are plain stupid and one dimensional, the graphics are just simple HS screenshots with models you've seen thousands of times in games because the dev didn't put effort in here, choices doesn't matter but you can enjoy a fake sandbox, and there's a karma system which has literally no impact.
But yes, there's fun in the game too. Otherwise I wouldn't play it. The MC is on a little alpha male incel trip. That should be sad, but it's not. Everyone knows that these types of guys are the losers among the losers. They are the dregs. However, the dev has chosen to portray MC with a seriousness that it's yet another parody of these Alpha Male shitheads. What's particularly funny, by the way, is that every now and then there are players who take the game extremely seriously.
This game is good in trash aspects. It's such a shit that it becomes good like the trash TV shows many people shows and enjoys even they all know it's just trash.

That's off the top of my head, I may have missed some. It's also why I thought it was funny people got so bent out of shape over Sheila and Otaku at Honeybee. It wasn't exactly uncharted territory.
I mean, I forgot some of them, but I would not count peeping into this. Because the person I responded to said "Action" and I interpreted it as Sharing. But if we go with other people somewhat involved, yes, there is loads of stuff.
The main thing about the Sheila/Otaku-situation at Honeybee for me was mainly that it switched between MC and Otaku. I dont really care if Otaku gets some action with Sheila, it is not like she likes and and we are stuck the whole game with Otaku anyway. But the switches between scenes made it a bit awkward.

It's actually really good. However, unlike games made these days, you're pretty much forced into sex scenes with most of the girls. The biggest flaw of this game is that development times are extremely slow so it's not gonna finish anytime soon.

He's not entirely wrong. It has a lot of really great sex content. Let's not forget that's a lot of what we are all here for lmao. The story is often hilarious and entertaining, it has it's downsides (what game doesn't) and the dev takes forever to put out updates but you would be doing yourself a major disservice to miss this one.
The biggest issue with the game is they try to force you to pork your mom at some point. That's pretty fucking awful. As it stands it's maybe like a 7/8 out of 10, if they made that shit optional or removed that aspect entirely, it could be a 9 or 10 easily in my opinion.

Yes, there was an early scene where Asuka catches Otaku in the locker room. Maybe when he was planting the camera? Not sure.
She was trying to be threatening/dominating but somehow ends up giving him a foot job or something similar.
