I don't think that's how this fabled drug works, so far MC has tested the thing on prudish girls(they were initially anyway), and the ones who weren't, were not so open about their sexuality, the drug works by making them believe that the whole affair was of their own choice by making them so horny they can't reason properly about it, but it has never been said it makes them develop some sort of addiction to them.
Is like convincing a friend to do something for the first time, like eating a dish they never tasted or getting on that roller coaster, is easier to do that on the heat of the moment and even more if you make them believe it was their choice, and if it goes well it'll be easier to convince them to do it again later on.

Yea, why is that not a thing on these kinds of games? every harem game has you end up with lots of girls at your beg and call and yet you still end up sleeping alone every night, in this, it makes sense since you haven't "convinced" your mom that doing that is "normal", but other games have such scenarios where I would honestly want go to sleep together with all of them on a single bed and just have my old room being repurposed or whatever.
