Disappointed but not surprised by the delay. At the same time...I'd put this up there as one of the best lewd games of all time, in terms of quality and current OVERALL amount of content. It's arguably one of the best written, as well. Which is to say, I'm going to silently stew over the delay, but I'm going to be checking every day in November for the update.
Just finished v.0.8.0b and kinda sad to read that the new version will be delayed.
At the same time I'm really hyped 'cuz like mentioned three posts earlier Waifu Academy so far is a masterpiece, a true gem. I love it. Some of the story strings seem a bit dry and a little more lewd or sex scenes would have spiced things up. But most of the time I totally dived into the story and thought I'm playing a well written Drama.
If waiting 'til November is the price we have to pay for this to continue I'm fine with it as long as the high standard is kept.
Btw. I want to see where things are going with Catherine. Loved her sex scenes.

You seem new to the game so just take my advice, always expect a delay for this game. If Irphaeus says "The update will be out soon", just assume "soon" means "in 4 months".
Hell, this advice works for every porn games, especially those with an active patreon, devs will always have issues, their computer burnt, their wife died and their dog ate their graphic card.

Ok so idk why I was hesitant to try this game. Maybe because of the art on the first page ( had bad experience with games with similar art ), but I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised to play this one. Every girl looks different and hot. The story is well written and well executed. The porn scenes are really good. If I could suggest just one change for them, it'd that the angle for some scenes could be better. It'll definitely make those scenes even better. So far my fav girls are maki, kaye and catherine.

Idk if this is a big or if I missed some dialog, but when takamura asks you which karate uniform she should wear, it doesn't matter which one you pick. She'll wear the full one in the gym. So I'm not sure if it's a bug or something....
A lot of choices don't matter in this game, Dev states they are only working on one end (good end) first, before the neutral and evil ends. So a lot of the choices either lead to the same end, or it outright says no and makes you repeat it (or it just kills you, comedy?). Supposedly, by this time the good end should have been completed and the neutral/evil ends being wrapped up, but as many people gripe, dev keeps delaying updates.
Happy to see you enjoyed this game, would recommend you leave it for a year before coming back to see if it was abandoned or completed (will probably still be a work in progress).

reading the last news..it seems the guy add to himself 2 more months..but it doesn't seem he intend to add anything new, just "redoing" the scene to make it more "fitting" to his standard..so translation he didn't do shit till now and he asked more time to actually start working on it? Did i get everything right?

how can i update the game from the previous version to the 0.8 without loosing my save file?
Try extracting the new version into a new directory, then copy the save directory from the old directory to the new one.

And about waiting... well I've played School of lust and BTM so I'm used to "update next month"...

best lewd game?? dont think so. using honey select to make games is not exactly hard, plus there's tons of better games out there. its a decent game but the dev has terrible work ethics
his last update had like what 8~9 month delay
I remember when dev gave us 2-3 days of content every 1-2 months. Good times.
