We still have to wait in theory end of july for part 2, that initially was schedule for end of june but why not giving him the benefice of the doubt ? And why am i so skeptikal about that's patreon review he mention? I don't know the rate that both patreon and subscribestar take, but i wonder if he don't want to go on Subscribe beacause he has to give less money to the site.

Id just like to say the dev said he would release an update in a month. Its been a little over a month and theres no update. So I checked out his patreon real quick to see if theres any new (only things I could check without paying since he doesnt update enough for me to pay him) and there was no news. That would only lead me to think hes a liar unless he said something somewhere else if so please correct me.

Tbf he still has a few weeks till the update is meant to come out (We are still not in mid July and he said the update is "on its way" around Mid-July) but unless God himself intervenes he will obviously skip that deadline too. Apparently there are two more posts but you need to increase your tier, I did that last time only to find out there were no more posts. I dunno if it's an error from Patreon or he just deleted the post before I could see it

you must be new in the farm? right? is this your first time seeing Cows being milked out of their money? oh sorry.. cows are the term used to call Foolish humans who Waste money in hopes of a update or content to jerk off... they think because it porn it has no value whatsoever to their lives .. so they just get milked all their money and in the end they just get like 5% or less of a content...

There is a bunch of Developers who use cows... here are the basic steps..

- 1 developer sees how to make a fool out of bunch of people and milk money out of them..
- avoid getting call out by having people in the comments delete the truth about your intentions
- make excuses why you slow and why the content is small
- after the game is big in nothing... stop working on it... then make other stuff. Like fanart, gifs, memes, loop videos, anything else that is easy but you can make it look like it took a lot of heavy work and weeks. it will calm the cows a little
- abandon the game you made and focus on other game you probably will do the same...
- goal here is to milk money as much as you want... there is no law to make fools out of people since they think they are fine and they are not getting stolen.
- with the fame you go ... 1 or 2 developers see this and join in this plan
- they start doing all the stuff i just said and grab more cows into their games... some times they will steal your cows .. as long as you get more cows is fine


and That is how the farm works ... it keeps growing and growing... it is kinda hard to shut up smart people and keep milking new cows from their money...

but hey... at least nobody will stop us right?

The problem is his intentions, is he really just that slow or is he milking his funders? I mean this game does have a lot of plot so he could just be struggling to come up with more of the plot. But then again he is known to constantly delay updates so clearly he has the plot sorted but is just struggling to implement the development. His lack of report on the progress doesn't help his case.

He announced a few weeks ago that it was being delayed until the middle of July, then he said he wanted to add more to the update (his favorite excuse for delays) so it'd take a bit longer, and now this Patreon review will almost certainly push it back a few more weeks at least.

Seeing his latest Patreon post pisses me off, none gives a shit about your side project (Waifu Hunter). Just finish this game already, still a lot of work to do so any side projects can be delayed till this game is finished completely and properly. I am only funding this guy because I do want to reward him for the work he has done so far but if he wants my funding in the long term, he better actually work on the damn game.

Wow. Reading his recent patreon post I can't help but think the same people tripping over themselves to continue giving this guy money are going to be the same types that lose their life savings down the line to the nice scammers that needed help selling their special lotions. He admits he spent a 'few weeks working' on waifu hunter, something nobody wanted in the first place, while he's already been delayed over a year on a single full update on this game, yet there's comments there ready and willing to migrate to another website in order to give him more money for what exactly? I used to think this dev was just an overrated joke, but it's very clear he's simply a scam artist at this point.

2 updates per month? Now that's fast, more fast than I even want tbh. I can see why he gets almost 9 grand per month, loads of people feel very confident funding the guy. Game looks very good as well, might play it one day.
I don't even want that many updates from this dev (Would love to but I understand creating games is hard), all I want is a reasonable amount of update for the time we have been waiting and funding him. Now that wouldn't be a problem if he wasn't giving people false dates after false dates after false dates, can't help but think it's an attempt at stopping his patrons from leaving. I will be joining them soon unless he picks up the pace, I ain't funding just for 20 minutes of updates every year. My coffers will dry up and the game will be finished in 2049

You should go to Joiplay settings and disable HW acceleration under Ren'Py settings instead

It's already been delayed for over a year and we're still waiting for the 2nd part of that same update.

It was promised to be released last week latest date after pushing it up for 14 months, so don't get your hopes up.

I just love how ballsy the Dev is, he released a small update last month after a year of wait with a huge apology how he knows he has disappointed people, how it will never happen again, etc... He said he will release another update in June which all of us with half a chromosome knew was not coming obviously and now we have confirmation that he delayed it although he does it in a cowardly way ignoring that he PROMISED it would be out in June.

Also in case anyone is actually naive enough to think it will be out in July... It wont.... like obviously he is gonna delay it more because he knows he has enough dedicated simps that he doesn't have to work more than 2-3 days a month and he will be just fine financially while pretending like he is some hardworking guy that is just stressing over everything while in reality he just ignores the game entirely.

And lol at his new game, he released images for it like 2-3 years ago and those images were literally copy pasted and stolen assets from other games he just rendered his own characters into them.

If you have any respect left for this man i dunno what to even say to you...

As a guy who has talked to Irphaeus I genuinely do not believe he is the kind of guy to do this. Recently he has some trouble with Patreon and has been preoccupied dealing with that, he has also developed a lot of renders/previews for his next game, Waifu Hunter, for the patrons. He is considering and is going to poll whether to release the final parts of the Yoko Update, or carry on and develop many more scenes.
