it was my mistake in not specifying which hospital it was
the accessory bug is already fixed in the next build!, it was a very rare one
Re: merging floors, that's an interesting idea, my favourite ones, not even due to their flavours, are ones that prompt you to return once you're higher level to see what unlocked. They were fun to discover the first time and they still trigger something in the lizard part of the brain despite seeing them so many times already. Would definitely like to see more of that kind of thing, but seeing how development is focused on different areas for now, that's just food for thought.

Kind of a tacky and random idea: what if the tower's lights came on as you unlock each floor? From the outside, you could see the tower and it'd match the correct number of floors implemented into the game, and as you unlock each floor, the windows on that level would light up, giving you a visual representation of how far you've gone and how much you have left?
Might be worth it later in development though, the priority should probably be more gameplay/lewd stuff for now, I think.

Does seem that way from the last update, adding the quests system, granted it's only a few lines atm but think the dev said more are on the way.
(oh and a message for Waifu Dreams Studio the acting is fine imo, would go as far as to say the accent is a little bit of a turn on)

More fetishes are always nice in a game like this, but bestiality/feral content is on Patreon's Most Wanted hitlist. Hell, they've smacked around some werewolf content creators because they're too animalistic.
Could maybe go a middle-ground approach and just add a system where you can change out the types of dicks on the strapons everyone's wearing to any of the dildos you've unlocked, then have some animal ones. That way the dev doesn't have to animate a bunch of animals from scratch just for one floor of the tower, and Patreon won't throw a huge fit and ban the game.
I mean, some feral content creators are still on Patreon, but I think that's more likely to be a thing where they just got lucky and Patreon admins haven't noticed yet.

One question, a patreon asked me to add the Chinese language and another one Portuguese, I am going to take the opportunity to add Spanish which is my language, what other languages do you want me to add ?(remember that I am going to do it with the translator so there may be mistakes)
