Just use NTLEAS for the japanese locale. It doesn't seem to work just by changing the locale of the system.

There's this annoying scene where after the enemy finishes, it cuts to your character laying down and it lasts a couple seconds before you get back up; is there a mod that removes this scene and just cuts back to gameplay?

I wish that was an option...unfortunately none of the side scroll games have that function.

You would have to physically redo the actual assets of the character's tits, and account for that in every possible animation that involves them.
