That sounds odd - for example, a low Respect should lead her to fuck Trish, and this option won't occur with a decent level. As this is a rare case of infidelity (there'll be plenty more) so far - I'd say that was worse. I wonder if it's in the dialogue. Btw - I'm going to be re-writing the Cheat route soon to make it darker - perhaps I'll pick up on something there.

You choose your route before start the story.

Therefore i keep asking myself why are there separate updates for these separate routes

He just needed more time to work in share route in this update. Usually, The 3 routes are update together

Right after you change the names you will play a bit of the story that is the same for every route and then there will be a screen where you must choose in order to proceed.

The game asks you before the start which route you want: sharing, cuck or cheating. You choose and then the game begins

Yes its ok i saw it.. thanks. Had to click a few more times That means however that if i want to play all routes i must start the game from the beginning again and again..

It also means, as far as i understand, that if i have chosen the sharing route (which i probably did chose) it makes no sense to play v 5.1 but wait for 5.2 coz in 5.1 there will be nothing for me to see..

i'm not, full love/respect, never cheated. so that should mean, according to dev, that she doesn't even think of other men. one more thing is the wife believing the boss over husband. that is very disrespectful and she must not love him to believe someone else over the husband. some things for you to think about when writing/re-writing script. as to your ordeal, she must not of had any love/respect for her husband. your story has nothing to do with what i'm saying. according to you, DEV, high love/respect and the wife shouldn't even be thinking/acting in the way you have her acting. Just saying if you say how things are gonna be then ya might want to script it that way too.

But I didn't say that she didn't love her husband - perhaps she does. I just said that it happened. It's not uncommon to love a partner and still have an affair. However, perhaps she doesn't respect him enough. The Love stat in this game does not affect whether the wife cheats - just the Respect one. So she can still love her husband, and yet have an affair.

I suppose that's true - you do need to restart - that's just the way of things. It's not the end of the world really - and the skip function would speed past any duplicate scene you'd already played. Personally though, I'd have played the ones I was interested in simultaneously, and had separate saves.

And your right about waiting for 5.2 - that's what I said in the Changelog and post #3356 when I announced the release here - for Sharers to wait for 5.2.

2 - From the point of view of a "sharing route", supposing (and hoping) that sharing relates (also) to such a relation like the one between Stella-James and Connor, low respect would not fit there at all coz if 2 partners agree to have an "open relationship" that kind of relationship is in fact BASED on mutual respect and love.

If the wife does something with other men ONLY if the respect for her husband is low, that would be OK for a cheating route or cuckolding but would not fit at all in a sharing-swinging route to which both partners agreed.. In a mutually consented sharing-swinging relationship, as it seems to form in v 5.0 after the shopping and after watching porn, love and respect (and trust) should be as high as possible, otherwise the marriage would not survive, in which case we would have only bad endings on that route..

I am interested in a consented sharing-swinging route, AKA "open relationship" but i don't want the wife to have to no longer respect her husband in order to engage and act on such a route. That would make no sense!

You're quite right - and that is exactly how it plays. Take a look at the Developer Notes on the home page, and it explains all of this. The different effects of the stats on the three paths are described there.

I'm going to take a look at the coding which initiates the BJ scene with Mark. It should block that event if your respect is too high (like what happened with the Trish/wifey scene). I've a feeling that an error has crept in and it initiates anyway. If this occurring then I'll be changing it rapido. After the fix, only players with a low Respect will get that scene - so fill your boots now . Remember though that Cuck / Cheat sex scenes initiate only when Respect falls - Love can still remain high should you want it to.

Just to reinforce what I'm saying above, and of course you can play how you want, but a decline in Respect is necessary for both the Cuck and Cheat path events to initiate - if you play by maxing out Respect nothing will happen! If perhaps you want to play like that, then possibly the Share route is the more appropriate path - then it's all consensual and you won't get cheated on or cucked. Much more pleasant.

That is a bit of a naïve take, if the husband is a bit of a buffoon (and this MMC is definitively acting like one at least for now) then she will most likely believe that of a person whom she thinks is more intelligent despite how much she loves or respects her husband.

I know from personal experience on this too as to how much former female co-workers believed whatever I said over the husbands/boyfriends due to their significant other being adult children and believing I was a lot smarter and more of an adult.

I personally hate to lose sex scenes in a game depending on choices i made. I chose my preferences, ok and I enjoy the chosen path but i don't want to exclude the other possibilities and miss other sex scenes that are not on that path.

There are mods for other games with several paths that solve that problem. Maybe the easiest way to do that would be something like the cheat mod for "The Adventurous Couple" where you can click on Cheat and see what scenes you missed in your path and you can play those scenes too. Or simply a Scene Gallery with all scenes unlocked like in BaDik and other games (but the whole scene, not just 1 picture). Maybe Lord Ashram could make such a mod..

Well this is just cheating, all this for just a little cheating. The game insist and push the MC to cheat with Debbie so later when his wife will cheat on him it will look acceptable.
But what are the couple doing together in this story, there is not love, they just use to live together. If the MC's wife thinks her husband can't satisfy her why did she marry him anyway?
From that story there is just frustration, anger, humiliation, well those people should just break and divorce, their life would be so much easier!
When a story is about sharing it should be something giving some fun and not like the guy watching his wife getting fucked, beeing hidden the forest through the window, that was so miserable that the MC should have kicked him in the ass !
So the story is well written but the facts are so lame and miserable that i can't enjoy seeing this catastrophy, sorry !

Ashram is my go to guy for coding - and what you suggest makes sense. It's just a matter of time really - I spend all of it on-game, so it's hard to find time to develop other areas. Each change such as this can take hours to write and code, and my priority has always been releases, as my time is very limited. What I need is a coding monkey who sits patiently beside me, to whom I give a banana and they run back clutching new code.

Yep - it's a sad tale - but only if you're playing the Cuck / Cheat paths really, which is sort of what the're about (although not exclusively by any means). The Share path is much more positive though - there's no cheating etc - everybody's much happier.
