I do understand what you mean, but I was also interested in investigating the possibility of having a loving relationship as well as perhaps a failed one. If you read ntr forums, you'll see that they are peppered with declarations of love for their wives. Yes, of course, we're all fucked up in some way - but there is no doubt that a large level of affection is there. Very rarely, although not never, have I seen comments which suggest that the cuck is going to be deliberately unpleasant to their wife to turn her to the dark side (I know that you're not suggesting that).

I think shadoor is correct in that if the game wasn't path based, you'd might feel forced to be unpleasant to your significant other as you'd never know whether being nice made the chance of the kink happening less likely (who wants that). So, I built in the option to perhaps be the person you want to be - you want to be nice, loving etc. you can, you want to be less nice, imperfect etc. you can. And you can relax because the kink which you want to happen will. Also perhaps it's worth considering that you can see it unfold - which might be nice in its own way.

I personally also love the unknown - especially in this genre - but it's really hard to implement in a game. In a kink like this, you'd essentially see nothing of your wife except when you're at home with her, right up to the moment when the kink kicks in - and as I like the game to be realistically paced, this ain't going to happen in the first release. The game would, at least for the first group of releases have been unrelated to the kink. In addition to this,

I was going to incorporate an option to bypass the MFC perspective. This would mean that those who wanted to play in the dark (which I certainly understand and would also enjoy btw) could do so but then essentially would have nothing to do in any of the x.1 releases - they'd have to just jump the whole thing.

I hope you now see my decision making process, but understand that I can't please everybody. This kink imo is one in which people feel very strongly about its implementation. Ultimately - I've just got to do my best to bring this kink to life - while remaining loyal to its spirit.

My recommendation is that the developer keep it that way, no lies, more like a couple opening up to new experiences. This is a successful trend in NTR games, the most successful games recently are more focused on consent than cheating. More like sharing and swing, than cheating.

So I played the newest update v0.3.0 and my path is "Infidelity" and I choose for husband to be loyal, support wife in everything and try to be honest and kind person. These are some of my impressions from this update:

Coincidentally my playthrough of being super nice to wife now matches the revealed history of husband where he did not pay enough attention to first wife and now wants to make up for it. I found it interesting. Now knowing this I expect husband to see signs of infidelity from wife in future instead of being oblivious, but I don't want it to ruin things and would love a choice in the matter - investigate these suspicions or have a little faith and trust current wife despite some signs.

Park scene wasn't the most action filled (at least not early), but the details blew me away! I'm sure hundreds of players have seen this very park in different games, but this time it was populated with people instead of it being a park in abandoned city no matter what time of day. But very first thing that made me appretiate the renders was wife's outfit which I find super lovely. I have a feeling you really enjoy rendering stuff and I am glad if you do, you have a great knack for it!

As for meeting Karl. It was cute how wife appretiated his physique first and introduced her husband second, from text alone you could tell she was blushing inside. I also like how it is fairly normal adult conversation from Karl, I would think it is weird if he would tease husband or try to make snide comments revealing some flirting with wife from work or something.. Maybe in future, but they literally just met, so once again I at least can appretiate trying to hold to reality when you write this story.

I liked it because the game is well done, good quality scenery and renders and very good writing.
At the beginning i was very pleased to see how things went on but later i started to have doubts as nothing really happened.
