I got it. It's explained in the latest walkthrough. You just have to say NO to the threesome in scene 2. Then later that evening you get a different scene with Sophie. So it's either scene 2 or scene 3. I didn't understand why can't we have both scenes. Doesn't make much sense for those two scenes to be mutually exclusive.

That makes no sense at all, especially because there is a time difference between both scenes.
I suggest to change that.
Also, generally I'm not so much a friend of scenes which are exclusive.
Thanks for finding it. The issue with this quest is that it was started in one version and finished in the next, so apparently I missed to connect both paths to the updated version. I'll fix it in the next release.

Glad I could help. I ran through the quest last night on a new game in 0.22.9 on the site trying to figure out the cause (saving before turning in parts of the quest and checking it after) because it was bugging me.
What exactly does the incest patch do because i'm seeing "boss" everywhere where it should be "mom".

First of all i have to give a big GG to the dev, his animation skills have drastically improved, now water world is one of the greatest adult game in the animations department, so that's a huge improvement, thank you.

Jack is not Greg's "real dad". He's his stepfather; Lana and Greg are not related by blood. Lana says "he's not your real dad" in the SO intro.
In the version I played, I remember Jack being only a step-father to the MC, and Lana being a step-sister, while Amelia was the mom.
