Some friendly suggestions:
Something like this would make <enter> keep the default name.
$ liam_name = renpy.input("You can change his name now.")
$ liam_name = liam_name.strip()
$ if not liam_name:
<tab> $ liam_name = "Liam"

Also, you could add code like this:
if renpy.has_label("patch_liam"):
<tab> jump patch_liam
else:
<tab> jump choiceliam

If someone were then to make a patch.rpy with those labels patch_liam and patch_landon, they could add some code similar to this:

label patch_liam:
$ laso_rel = "Son"
etc...

label patch_landon:
$ lifa_rel = "Dad"
etc...

Just stop putting out changes you make as updates not just you all devs, put out the update when you have some content thats worth playing so ppl can actually get a grasp on something to give you feedback. At this point the lack of gameplay overrides the relationship assignments in many ppl eyes then it gets to the point where your game gets over looked because there were so many moot updates that it wasn't worth downloading.

I read the changelog and saw that it wasn't a big update. If downloading were an issue, I would have waited and skipped a few updates.

Downloading isn't the only issue. It's also a matter of when people see an update it creates expectations. When they play it and discover "OK, the mom has gathered some stones" it creates disappointment.

It's about the story I guess, if it's good enough this can be a good-time journey in some months.

Yes and no. Yes, it will take 4 updates to start a fire. But at the rate of releases 4 updates is like a month and a half.

It did not specify lewd or sex scene, just animation.

It is your expectation that misleads you. I hope you are well informed so that you will NOT have such expectations anymore for this game future releases (or any other adult games on this site in general). When in doubt, just ask in the thread first about the lewd contents i.e. if animation is lewd scene, out of those 45 renders how many are lewds etc. Another option is to be pro-active and request transparency (and details clarification) from the dev for each releases.

Dev makes game that he/she likes the way he/she wants. I guess he/she just like climbing trees. Cheers.

You read the changelog of your game and saw it wasn't a big update and didn't understand what i was saying? Lol is this your way of milking supporters but not really knowing how to do it? This is my third time downloading this game but only 2 updates I've downloaded and they've both been barely any content at all like 2mins worth after doing the relationships, you got ppl on here making jokes about this game taking 4 updates just to make a fire lol does that sound like a game worth anyones time? The blanket excuse of it being a work in progress is all used up, thats pretty much all thats on this site. There's good bit of games i support but ppl are catching on to milking devs and i for one hate it, 3 strikes you're out mentality.

Thank you both for telling me, now lets move on highlight the stuff actually about the game cuz he still didn't understand the point. Everything i said still holds true even tho they are not the dev for this game but i hope they are reading this crap. The initial demo/intro was short basically relationships and then the mom is supposed to have an idea of something to do for the family but the big sis ends up saying it instead. Then the next update they stranded on an island and didn't see a flight,cruise or anything showing how they got there and update ends when the mom gets found. Then this update is a little convo showing they're being watched, but mom got wood and stones magically and the only thing we actually saw was the dudes eyes climb a tree.The updates for landon have been so short you can hold down fast forward blink twice normally and be at the end.

Ok. For future reference, reply directly to the dev post or tag him using the @ so that the dev is directly included in the conversation. Hopefully he reads your post though.
