Im stuck here, when Rose tell MC, go to Tori place. While waiting for Rose, i think is a free roam , but not working. Anyone happen the same??

Did you talk to all 5 people? Do you have a phone call to make? Phone calls don't always show as needing to be made until you go into the phone menu.

I cant talk to the girls, not even a phone cal or phone doesnt show up.

If the phone isn't there it is likely the GUI that's died.

Did you activate/open the console? I've found opening the console, even if you don't change a variable, can break the GUI. If the GUI gets broken, then you can't do anything.

If you want/need to use the console, make sure you are in the middle of a conversation. I've also had it break in the car menu or Free Roam can break the GUI. Only in conversation thus far, have I not had it break the GUI.

Restarting/reloading doesn't always fix it. Sometimes if you rollback it can fix it... but mixed results.
