Just out of curiosity, how hard would it be for someone with a particular set of skills to hack this games code and just finish the game themself, or with a team? It seems like there are a lot of folks on here who know how to do all of that, and I do wonder why they don't just finish these games themself. It's not like there are any strong copy rights with these games, or is there?

Man I wish Patreon didn't nitpick so annoyingly at small shit with these games.
Like I don't care about aging up the MC but the "Surprise Orgy" dialogue having to be changed to the newer girls is just fucking stupid.
Like what is Patreon gonna lose for letting certain shit slide. Unless some article or a payment provider makes a fuss about it to them then just leave it alone. It makes the site money

The good news is that update 0.8 will be focused on Holly (development is currently on the last steps to finish 0.7), the bad news is that it may take awhile for that also no 100%, try the search feature maybe you can find one.

But even if that is the case Fandom works are still permitted like what happens with "Parodies" as long as they respect the 4 factors required for it to be considered fair use.
Different than patents or trademarks, copyright is much easier to obtain.

Anyone could take any renpy game from here, reverse compile it, and complete it however they wish, but they'd find out really quickly how hard it is to create appealing graphics and a well paced, well written game. It's easier to sit on the side lines and throw shit (I'm very good at that, I must say), but the reason there aren't thousands of fantastic games here is because it's not easy.
But there is a much easier way to complete the game the way you want:
- Take out a piece of paper, draw two stick characters, one with tits, make them hold hands and then write: THE END.
- Then you can imagine your mc ended up with the girl of his dreams, and you don’t have to wait several years for the real story to end.
- Of course, you can even mix it up, you’re not limited with how many stick figures you add, and you don’t have to draw tits on them, that was just a suggestion.
- You’re in complete control now, this ending is gonna be epic!
I dont get how there is plenty on step-incest in porn made in the US , even incest based movies like "Taboo" but god forbit a porn game contains even a reference of some vitrual character and his vurtial step mom , we simply cant have that can we ?!

They still make the game available for download though their official website, I don't know why they don't keep that version as it is but it may be to make easier to keep track of things and avoid mistakes. So who knows if they don't release a small patch outside of patreon that will update the game to their original idea when the project is over.
