I really dislike when people include intersex/trans people who are obviously intersex and/or trans, but instead use the more fetishistic type of words. I think you missed the point of those games, dude. I think sissification is related to cock and ball torture in that it's intentionally emasculating. The target audience of those games aren't trans or closet trans people, it's men who think putting on a skirt and having their man-card revoked is exciting. Not sure if anyone's already mentioned this but - Games that rely on Honey Select / Koikatsu / 3D Custom Maid / whatever Illusion or KISS 3D game to create CGs and to more or less abuse the wide selection of canned animations from those games. It's lazy and the narrative is almost never worth seeing something we could just see by playing those games. Even lower quality drawn or amateur 3D work is always much more interesting.
EDIT: ALSO! More due to my personal tastes I suppose but I find most Renpy/RPGM Harem or Vanilla games to just be wasted effort and ultimately boring. I'd rather more people tried more niche or extreme fetishes, even if it's just for the sake of variety. If you want faux incest porn you can just go on Pornhub. Though I suppose I don't represent most of F95 in that respect. I feel personally attacked. There's lots of pressure in Western society, especially religious backgrounds to avoid sex for fear of a lot of things - STDs, Sin, Unwanted Pregnancies, Depression, Anxiety. Depression probably was the biggest one for me, I had interest in sex, but not interest in putting in the effort to get there. I just didn't give a shit. I have to say, I'm a little creeped out by it too, but I think it largely depends on the setting. Take Japan, for example. There's more pressure for Japanese people to do well in work and school. People don't date as much over there, and even fewer want to have children. A good number of people don't date at all and are virgins. There's a lot of pent up sexual frustration. Because of these things, there's a market over there for easy-to-win virgin love interests that want to make babies with you (and you don't have to be ashamed of being a virgin yourself).
In western countries, I'm kind of baffled. Like over here, people casually date and have casual sex. While college-age virgins do certainly exist (and you'd be surprised at the statistics. That's not wrong, but I feel like the trend in adult games kind of runs counter to a lot of mainstream western porn. Most of the highly successful games aren't about aggressive or hypersexual women, it's more about the MC becoming a total chad and seducing/dominating multiple innocent virgin (or quasi virgin) waifus, unless it's his mother, then she's allowed to not be a virgin I guess, though the father better be out of the picture and barely mentioned.
This kind of rubs up against the hysterical hatred of NTR, even a woman who has had other partners in the past is considered icky by many neckbeards. I don't doubt that virgin or chaste characters are popular among a certain demographic, but I'm not so sure mainstream games really run counter to western expectations.
Milfs in western games are often portrayed as being sultry and direct, often eager to molest the protagonist with little warning. Younger women tend to be portrayed as sexually curious, eager to explore their bodies and openly admire the protagonist's, even the virgins. They are generally assured of their own desirability and it is usually up to the protagonist to earn their interest. Pregnancy tends to be optional and topics about it are usually one-off. There's rarely mentions of marriage and other long term goals between the protagonist and potential love interests. In short, they have sex for fun.
In contrast, eastern games seem to portray women to be starved for validation. They seem to take everything the protagonist does personally. Older women are often portrayed as reserved, ashamed of their lust and aging bodies. Younger women seem to emphasize insecurities their own bodies or personalities, seeking praise and reassurance from the protagonist. Up until the first sex scene, they'll often deny their interest of the male anatomy. There's almost always a "I wouldn't mind having your babies" line thrown in. Pregnancy (and marriage) tends to be unavoidable. In short, they have sex to bond.

Over here, in the Eastern culture, the demographic usually has a very active and busy Employment/Educational life and so forth. People rarely have the time to spend with one another, much less have the time to spend combing the population around them for the perfect partner.
