From the description, this game seems to have no NTR, just sharing, aka. netorase if we go with that instead of normal english words.

If the description is accurate, there is not even cheating, because its a open relationship...

Yeah, but taken from F95 tag rules itself

NTR usually implies that the love interest of the mc is stolen and the mc feels jealous. If the person wants to see his/her partner with other people it's not really NTR.
