The only ntr scene I can think of or come to close is when miru seduces gang member into toilet....but this also ends in nothing cuz mc knocks him up

the only thing I saw is they trick a gang member he touche mirus ass they go to the toilet and than gets knocked out by mc thats it there is no ntr if they mean this scene

There's an additional small scene based on how often you deny Miru sex... but I think there might be a bug to trigger it, unless I made a wrong choice somewhere.

since you are on the right path just have sex with her every possible opportunity, leave her naked when there is the opportunity and now the choices..

The code checks for the variable to be > 3 (I think it's supposed to be >= 3 though). I think for these NTR scenes, you need to completely sexually neglect Miru (similar to the original game).

I think I got a little confused because to see this scene you have to start over again apparently.

You don't have to neglect her to get the scenes, but I think that you can actually do and still get it. I get it while doing her all the time that it was available, but other times I also got the NTR scene while only having requested the pool BJ from her. So I think the variable involving her and MC should probably be at least above 1 or smth IDK
