Well, the game is setup where you can discuss with Miru about having an open relationship. There is dialogue about having a threesome with another guy in this latest update. There are also choices/dialogue for getting her involved in porn. Nothing has played out yet and will likely be a very long time to get there.
If there was any feedback regarding the visuals I'd give to Ocean, it's this. Same thing in SG. I do love the closeups in important moments but think there's something to be said about seeing a wider angle of a scene. I doubt it's likely to change because it's a stylistic thing but yeah, def agree.

Hard agree. They're all gorgeously crafted faces, like something from a classical greek sculpter, then you look down and it's like something from a las vegas strip mall plastic surgeon.

I know the type you're referring to, but given how unneccesarily verbose much of the game dialogue is, I don't think those types are the majority criticizing it here.
Rather, verbose isn't the right word, it's just uninteresting? Or maybe it's the cadence, the speaking style? English was never my strong suit; perhaps someone with a more eloquent voice who feels similar could explain why the dialogue feels like this. Some games are more obvious, lengthy internal monologues get tiresome, and that's not this, he's usually talking to someone.
But so often it feels like it has zero weight, zero punch, like I can hold down the control key for 30 seconds, then glance at another screen to get an idea of what's going on and not miss much.

Uh, I could use a clue about couple things. Did the main character leave his family during a difficult time? Did they have a fight or something? It feels weird, nothing is clear, the protagonist is missing somewhere ( but where?), the sisters are mad at him, but the parents are not. He was hiding the fact that he went to jail, but why?
I don't know, but the whole mystery thing doesn't add up to believing the story.

thanks, I didn't play the original version and now it makes more sense. I was pretty sure about William and Leia's relationship, but not 100%.
Honestly, there's not much logic in leaving. You love her, she loves you. That's it. No one leaves like that to go somewhere without the girl they love in that situation. Yes, it's a sister, but you can deal with the issue somehow, the parents don't seem like some kind of tyrants. You could put the relationship on pause and stuff but see her every day.
Although maybe he changed his mind after a some short time and decided to come back, but he got locked up for something. Maybe he was emotional and did some crazy things to forget his sister.
In addition to the fact the old Katie was a bitch which had been a menace to the MC, while this one basically is the victim of the MC & Leia that hardly ever done anything wrong, while she does mention supposedly that she had done some wrong, considering most of the story of this new version revolved around the MC getting hammered from every directions for his supposed wrongs.
To me it seem like the Dev fell in love with Katie and decided to make her the effective main protagonist, so he stripped 99% of all wrongs she did from the original, and made all she did justified while utterly trashing the MC for daring to hurt his precious Katie. Frankly I'd say while overall I prefer the graphics of this version I preferred the story of the old version, it felt more sensible, instead of being hammered from the start about how bad the MC had been you instead slowly discovered it, which make sense considering the story is supposed to be from his point of view, so he came to term with the fact he had messed things up with Katie slowly overtime, unlike this version that just smash your face with it, it make it much harder to empathize with the MC, which is you know... the MC, and instead everything is centered around empathizing with Katie.
Also I don't like the changes in personality Leia went thru, I mean in the previous version it seemed obvious she was making a play for the MC, it was one of the driving force for having him back, which make sense, also you slowly discovered that she was involved in some shady stuff, this one... she is incredibly spiteful... considering the story still has her be the one to call on the MC it feels contradictory, if she is that spiteful why did she try to get the MC back, I mean sure she mention in this story she found it too hard, but it feels over the top considering her attachment / obsession with the MC, also its pretty much in your face from the start that she is shady, again it feel like this was done to completely absolve Katie of any blame and just further had blame on both the MC & Leia.
Ultimately the fact that the relationship the MC has is tense with so many love interests means its a massive hurdle to overcome before being able to engage in a relationship with them, which further slow down the story development on that matter, which further slow down the game development that already was delayed due to it being remade, its no joke really that at this pace this story isn't going to be finished before the end of this decade at least, since those updates comes up around once a year, and just making it back to where it was is likely going to take 3 more years.
I mean in the previous version you just got around to getting intimate with most possible girls once, not yet with the mom, you still had length to go frankly with all of them to make it serious, that was like 3 chapters further, so at this rate yea, no mom for 4 more years at least, and limited amount of relationship with the rest still yet for possibly as much as 5 years, with again doubt this is going to be finished before at least like 10 chapters total, so about 7 more years minimum to wait, or more likely getting abandoned. Because the Dev is taking way too long to get around to getting thru this and something is quite possibly going to happen sooner or later and force this to go unresolved like most games of the sort.
You know after a long wait like this i was about to give up on this vn but then i played the new update and remembered how much i like this game and the story and characters i even liked the old version , damn its been years .

I don't remember the old Katie super well, she was similar, but I feel like this one is better.
There's always this air of flirting whenever they're together, and the line being danced between (joking about being mean/obviously having feelings for each other) trends much more towards the latter.
I mean what did she do that was so wrong in the old one? I genuinely don't remember. In this one, the things I've seen posters complain about like Miru telling her MC wanted her, those are just bizarre complaints - those are clearly joksey flirting comments between them all, and if this didnt have a snails pace development, MC, Miru and Katie would be having a big ol fuckfest already.

Probably fucks the wrong guy (gang leader) or get tricked by leia to go after one and get made into a new toy poor willi will get huge competition and will get miru to work against him
The best scene was thr cute pinky promise between mc and miru thr ntr will be so sweet cant wait to see the GIGACHAD dark souls/elden ring antagonist miru will get destroyed

in dialogue with Katie he mentions she also threatened to tell someone else besides their parents and that would be a problem, so that's why he left. for prison, there was an explanation before rework, guess we have to wait until he talks to Leia in the next update to see if it's the same or not
what happened before rework is his ex framed him for stealing her stuff and police caught him when he was about to get on a train to return home, he also had a fake ID and didn't tell his name. Miru was arrested for a fight on the same day and they met at the police station
