I think it's still early for Miru's jealousy to be triggered. She doesn't know what kind of relationship Willi has with all the different women, but when she found out about Mon and when Willi started calling Dana by a nickname, she jumped to conclusions. So I think there will be those elements, it is just that the story is still at the point where Miru is content. I think the first big test will be Miru's trip, and her maybe coming back unexpected to notice something.

my point exactly. Miru trip offers many possibility depending on being in the open relationship or not and the NTRs aspects. I have high hopes for the talk with Leia, and I think is where William doing something behind Miru's back makes more sense at the moment. We know Miru pays much attention to body language, I don’t think she needs to come early and caught something she should not, she just needs to pay attention.

Jealousy doesn't work that way... no matter what relationship you have with someone, if there is jealousy, there is jealousy.... What we can debate is whether Miru presents herself as jealous or not. On the one hand her reaction to Daphne may be an indication that she is a jealous person. Or can we consider that it is only with Daphne? That insecurity about the possibility of feelings being born between them, makes me very close to the feeling that Miru is jealous in general, despite their conversations (this always made me think that the open relationship option was presented too early in the story, rushed like the conversation with Zoey).

Miru is jealousy and not kin on the open relationship, she says something like: " my hearts sinks thinking of you with another woman". Miru does not want it, you have to push her and then neglect her to her put it to the test and aks for some "boob stuff".

Now about jealousy, she can be jealous and be rational about it. She don't has any reason to doubt William so far, and he don't have opportunitys to make her doubt him, nobody wants to fuck William right now. I think if Miru acted like a obssevie girlfriend now would be pretty odd. That said, depending on choices it will be pretty odd if she does not act like one.

In fact I think much of Miru route will revolve around it. Pushing her. Be you pursuing other girls or encouraging her to fuck others males or neglecting her and she growing resentful towards you.

The need to balance the different possible routes, makes details like that I do not see them very natural.

Well, she's got two tendencies, being jealous and being smitten and using baby talk. Which one is winning out at any given point? People are not just one motive. Clearly she and Willi have had a pretty decent five years, three months and eleven days so far. She wants him to put buns in her oven. So does her need to keep hold of him have more impact on her choices than her anger over the open relationship idea? You can see that she's trying to get a rise out of him suggesting mmf, maybe she's testing to see if he's really open or just trying to have all the cake.

I think that we're also in the dark regards Daphne and Willi's history, so it's hard to really judge why Miru reacts to her, but still gives Willi space for her because of what happened in the past with Daphne. That's something I'm keen to find out.

No, that's why it's so frustrating.
He knows how to write sexual tension between characters. How to write dynamic dialogue - with layers and possibilities - when characters don't say what they mean, or when their strong personalities get highlighted through their speech and actions.
He can write it. He does write it.
He just doesn't do it for sex scenes.

For example:
The first thing we learned about Miru is that she's extremely loyal <=> and extremely jealous.

Why not convey it in a sex scene?
I'm sure even you - not a writer - can easily imagine a great dynamic sex scene, through which we learn about that side of her personality.

That goes for every part of every character.
If you were to write a horror - you'll be highlighting the most important parts of your characters during the horror scenes. Or else your horror scenes would be just empty jump-scares.
And if you were to write a sex game...

If you have to keep using coloured text to make your point, you're not doing a very good job of it

A fair comment, provided Ocean doesn't write dialogue like:

- "haaaaa haaa HaaaAAAAA"
- "Willi your willy stretches me out sooo gooood!"
- "Your cock feels sooo good"

etc. The majority of AVN's on this forum (that I've played) have worse sex scenes than WiaB BECAUSE of the dialogue; often the prim, romantic virgin has the same dialogue as the ultra horny super experienced seductress. I personally prefer classier animations without inane generic pornscripts.
