So I'm a tad confused about all the "new" content with this update? I reloaded my last save, which was at that one scene in the bathroom stall with your GF while everyone else was waiting at the dinner table. And it ended fairly shortly after that. Didn't feel like anything really new was included. Do I need to restart to see the new content because it's actually earlier in the storyline or something?

If you had it patched or modded then it won't jump to the new content.
You'd need a fresh save since a lot of the relationships and dialogue have changed to remove the incest, and chapter 4 twists it further so it's hard to just swap mom for landlady and have it work. Whoever makes a patch is going to have to rewrite sections of the story and it will probably get more complicated if we get another update.

Still can't believe we got La Cosa Nostra at home as a plotline in 2025. Jesus H Christ when was the last time mafia themes were popular? The 90's?!?!?!

Why do I feel like every time I play this game, there is less content and just more text.
There isn't a single scene in this game that is interesting. With how slow this game updates It's going to be 2030 before we get a 4th scene with Miru.
This game was better pre-remake. At least it had some scenes then. Now it's just a mafia intrigue game where everyone hates the MC for no reason.
It's barely even a porn game anymore. And Liea still needs boob surgery, she's the only character in the game that looks like she went to a plastic surgeon and said, 50 bucks is all I have make my tits bigger.
Oh and we can remove the NTR tag from this game too. There isn't any.
There is also way too many girls in this game. Too many love interest.

Amen my broWell, from a writer´s standpoint this is an unmitigated disaster! I am just a hobby writer, but if I delivered such a load of rubbish bin content, my readers would flay me alive - and rightly so! The characterisations have gone of the rail, events not fitting any longer, stupidity all around.
I still cannot get over the fact that Ocean tries to sell us Willi cares about the "family" enough to return. Helen is ar least partly (currently unclear if she ordered it directly) responsible for the death of William´s parents, he knows about and later on Helen abandoned him in prison and even glated about it. And now Ocean wants us to believe he returns to Wollust because Helen became mute?
Ocean is obviously telling us: I made a rewrite which is an offer the fans cannot refuse! (Godfather theme plays in the background)
The correct answer to this is easy.

Did you play chapter 4? You need a rewrite to make incest work now.
Will had parents, killed.
Leia had different parents, killed.
Both were taken in by the Zanes as form of war tribute but never legally adopted (also implied that Helen was involved in their deaths?)
Thus, Will, Leia, and Katie no longer share any sort of familial link other than "lived under same roof."
Will still ran off like a bitch after getting involved with Leia, which is now due some unspoken mafia rule being broken instead of just plain "Whoops I like my sister and don't want mom to find out."
It's not good, it is messy. Definitely incoherent imo and gives Ocean way too much creative freedom to just make shit up as he goes in the future. That said, it's what we have currently. You want incest, you better get to working on some fan fiction.

2. We don't know who was behind his parents demise, may be the "judges" and the Zanes might have been out of loop to this (only time will tell).
3. Also we don't know what they talked on the phone call William was given while in jail. He might not have even mentioned where he is. Even if he did Helen may have told him not to return to protect him, as William has to face the "judges" now (only time will tell).
4. Yes he could have done a better job with the mafia thing.
We don't know what dev is planned for all these storylines, give it time, he may surprise us or disappoint. Critize when they are bad, not when unfinished.

The feds specify that Helen went to meet him while he was serving his sentence
As I said it may have been to protect him from the "judges", we don't know the reason. Let Ocean give us one, then criticize it.

Where did you get that from? I thought it was clear the bad blood was between the Guiseppes and the Grimaldis/Pedersolis. Scarlet mentions the fact that it was because of a few good people that William and Leia weren't drowned. I don't recall anywhere where it was said that the Zanes were responsible. Because if they did, you're right, it wouldn't make any sense.
Yes, it was never said in the game. People just create reasons to hate.
