They look similar, especially in the scenes where they are sitting on the couch with William. Leia also looks very similar, there is an image of the two of them side by side and it is impossible not to see the reminiscence.Also, Katie doesn't look like Helen's daughter at all. The only plothole I want to discuss is Zoey's (and Katie's)
I also wouldn't mind a playthrough where the MC lets Leia marry some Garibaldi or whatever mafioso they tell her to, and then they cuck her hubby in their wedding night!

What holes? Someone in the family knew his number and nobody cared enough because he left.
William was ashamed because he fell in love with his twin, making it difficult to explain why he truly left to Helen/Dylan, so he avoided them.
Katie was happy he was gone because one of her bullies skipped town.
Leia felt abandoned and resentful he never took her with.
With Ch4, he leaves because he loves another orphaned pawn of the criminal family that killed their families and took them in.
Helen knew where he was but was pissed he left, but concurrently loves him more than the daughter she birthed.
Dylan remains sitting in the narrative cuck chair..
Katie remains unchanged.
Leia is blackmailed into calling William by her employees, like they know him and his penis makes Leia see clearly.

What's funny is I was a huge fan who would overlook small inconsistencies in the past, but after the horrendous butchering of Ch4, nope!
Also no examples of inconsistencies prior to Ch4 have been presented.
