There is only one, I double checked the images to make sure. Like you found, there is other action but only 1 actual sex scene

Next time this happens just cyberpunk it and say "coming when it's ready".

And if people vote that it's better quality / better fun than WTHI episode 18, I'll offer you a position on the Dev team and I'll pay you $5K for your episode.
