Wow. This game is so incredibly broken it's almost impressive.
You have to do things in a specific order or else the game just doesn't allow you to do anything at all.
And when you get to the end of content the game doesn't allow you to do anything at all.
So, you never really know if you've reached the end of existing content or just didn't perform tasks in the right order.
It's almost brilliant! But mostly frustrating.
