I for one enjoy what youre cooking here much more than ADHR, i remember seeing this project long ago but i only played it now. Hope you find your mojo and the sustenance needed to go far with this.

Pathing issue, Olivia (start of act 2) is referencing an encounter in the hall where she and Lian encountered Kelly and MC fooling around in the hallway. That doesn't happen on Kelly's love route, they go inside her room, there was no run in with Lian and Olivia.
That was fixed with the minor update I did a couple of weeks ago ... Act 2.01 Beta, which is the current build in the OP.
It now checks if you either have the flag for that hallway scene, or if you were on the Lust path with Kelly the artists.

Sweet I tend to batch download so I've had it for a while waiting to queue up. Other possibly fixed bug when Gregory tells mc about the email from Amanda there's a few lines labeled as Gregory that seem like they should have been from MC.

I admire Dev skills to satisfied all comunity without damaging the plot and the story nowadays it's hard to find a dev who is capable on doing such thing and actually working on two project so, Respect man!!!
I think it's too early but justice for Mc, our poor dude loss 5 years of his life just because he caught his whore of a ex cheating and was to kind to not kill her boss,so the daughter was smart enaught to collect all the evidence i don't say we need another trial kuz it's too early and have 3 act left.
What i am trying to say it's that would be great if Mc's daughter left her mother's house, she allready know all the truth why not join Mc she allready 18 right? so she can make her own decision without her mother lawyer interfere and such Secret it's hard to hide that's a little insecure for her she was smart enaught to not sucub on her mother brainwashed, but will she be strong enaught to handle her mother anger?

Bookmarked, but not going to play or sub for now. It's my personal opinion that working on multiple games at the same time (as either a solo dev or very small team) ends up being a mistake, with updates taking twice the time to release.
Best of luck though. Seems like it has promise.

The thing is, as any creative person can attest to, you got to give yourself way to keep those creative juices flowing. Just working on one title can easily lead to burn out, and creator hating the project by the end. So as long as they can keep providing regular updates, it's way better than dev working on singular title and then ending up with blockage or burn out.

The flipside of which is, working on the game at half speed can actually lose you subs when people figure out the game they are waiting for will take many more years to finish. No one wants to wait twice as long and pay twice as much if they stick it out to the end. They might get access to two games as opposed to one, but again - glacial development speed and progress on each.
I played the game (Act 2.01 beta) and left a review along with things I liked, and things I thought could be changed or improved. And knowing it won't be done for a very long time (based on LI progression speed through Act 2), I'll simply bookmark it and check it again in another ~4 years. No reason to sub as I really don't care for the other game much, and certainly don't want to pay twice as much.
YMMV of course - to each their own. I DO think it has promise, but the dev has a lot of stuff to work on to improve it. My .02 of course.

I'd like to respond to two particular comments though...
First, the two project thing. The reason I do that is to avoid burn out.. plain and simple. When you spend 10-12 hours a day, day after day, rendering and coding the same story... it's gets exhausting and the quality of the story would suffer if I kept forcing myself to push at it. So I switch between the two projects and I find that keeps me energized and motivated. This VN is the more focused of the two projects, as Dark Horse Riding is where I am trying some different things out.
As for update cycle... It is what it is. I am one person and I can only do so much. I already spend more time on these VN's then a real job would take, and yet I make only a fraction of the money so far. I don't want to go the route of pumping out tiny updates every 4 weeks so I take more time and try and make the updates worthwhile. This is also a learning period for me. Every update of these two VN's increases my skills and my ability to do things better. I'm pretty happy with the pace and my progress. I know that doesn't satisfy people who want to finish it NOW... believe me! I was a fan on here, downloading and playing games here, long before I created this Dev account.
As for what you said about the content with the homeless girl Agnes ...
There's multiple paths regarding the GILF Laura and the homeless girl Agnes. Both of them can be Love, Lust or no lewd content. In fact, I am going to be simplifying those paths in the next update as they caused me all sorts of headaches to keep track off and make content for. However, even in the current state of the VN, you were the first one messing with her that first night she showed up on the stairs. Laura didn't show up until after the MC called her. And if you had Laura's path turned off, you would have never seen her anyhow.
Then, in the first scene of the new release, you got the choice to turn off FF content, so that's another way to not see any action between them. If you had content with the GILF turned off, you would have had some fun alone with Agnes and in the coming releases, you will still have the option to pursue a relationship with Agnes alone. That said though, I will be spending more time on the pure lesbian route with those two (if that's the path you chose) It's an experiment for me. There will be a solo path but it might take longer to flesh out. As I have it planned right now... there will be basically 3 main paths going forward, that involved the MC, Laura and Agnes. On one, Agnes and Laura are in a pure lesbian releationship. This is the one I will spend the most time on. On the second path, both the MC and Laura will both help and fool around with Agnes (if you have FF content turned on, you will also see Laura and Agnes possibly alone and fooling around) and the last path will be if you have Laura's path turned off. Then you will have content with Agnes alone. Not all three paths will be released at the same time. But they will be added as the story progresses.
In any case, this VN does have several key choices with paths you have to make and there's no 'one path get's all' possible. If you want to see all content, you'll have to replay or save at various points and try different paths.
As for subbing and paying.. that's entirely up to my supporters. Both my VN's get posted on here for free, less than a week after I release them. I have no paywalled content and the subs are doing just that... helping to support me in this thing. They get a few perks right now - like access a few days earlier, regular progress updates, 4K teasers and screenshots, and access to polls and other info - including a walkthrough. But everyone can decide for themselves if they want to get it for free here (or the dozens of places that have pirated it, lol) or they can buy it on itch for only $3 or sub on my Subscribestar for only $2 at the lowest tier and then pause or cancel right after. In fact, that's what a lot of subs do.. they sub, get the new release and pause their subscriptions. Then when they see a new release, they un-pause and do it over again. SS is pretty good in letting people manage their money that way.
I appreciate the feedback and I only responded here because you made the effort to make an honest critique. Normally I just ignore most of what's on F95 here these days (like that obvious review bomber who posted before yours, lol).

Totally understand - I myself was a victim of burnout on many game projects. But then they were personal projects, not ones where I was receiving money.
And that's why I decided to try and be as honest/up-front as I could. It's good to hear you took it to heart.
Again - nothing against FxF content, as I actually like it. But I felt that the MC should have had the first go with Agnes, it's just my personal opinion as the MC was the one to "lift her out of the depths of hell".
Still, looking forward to seeing where it goes in the future - you have a good story with a great MC.
I generally hate games with multiple endings. Replaying a lot of content just to get another ending is quite frankly a waste of time, that I would rather spend on playing another game. Unfortunately many games doesn't warn you when you come to a cross point. Games where you have a different path to skip content you don't like i often ok. It depends how the alternative path is made.
Regarding the name of the game. The name is Whoremonger, but so far there has been very little content involving prostitution. The game doesn't really justify the name IMHO. I hope it will change later on.
An idea for the game. I see you have spanking as a planned tag. How about turning the basement into a BDSM dungeon?
The game has the incest tag. I just hope that incest between a male and a relative will be avoidable. Otherwise I'll send the game to the bin at that point. Incest between a male and a relative is no go for me. I don't mind incest between girls. It's just lesbian sex to me. But incest between a male and one or more of his relatives is a no go. It might be double standards, but that's how I feel about incest. And quite frankly. Incest is pretty easy to avoid. It's just a different text. It doesn't require more renders or other dramatic changes.
And last but not least. I like the game so far. It has a couple of issues as I wrote above, but it's well structured, well paced, with an OK story line, and has a lot of potential. All in all. Good work.

I think the name Whoremonger it's because of Mc's ex wife,it had nothing to do with the prostitution area if you allready play it you know mc's ex is a whore and because of this same whore he get 5 years in prison he loss his daughter the main story is Mc being backstabbed by his whore of a wife and then get trapped by her so the wife is a whore she cheat on mc with her boss and after the divorce she keep seeing other dude i think that's here the Name Whoremonger come from (it's not confirmed by the Dev it's only my observation)

As the dev. explains below. The game title referrers to the newer use of the term Whoremonger e.g. someone who pays for sex e.g. prostitution, which there is very little of in this game so far.

I'm in the final week or so of rendering the next update for my other VN, A Dark Horse Riding. If there are no issues, I should be done with that update and back working on Act 3 of Whoremonger by the end of this month.Any news on next installment, this thread has gone very quite.
If you have played 2.01, then you know the focus of Act 3 will be on Mark getting back in contact with his daughter and the "dirt" his daughter said she has on Mark's ex-wife and her lover, Chuck. There will be other story progression as well, but that will be the main one.
