How to complete this event?

I went there in the morning.
There was a plan meeting.
Then go somewhere with a new car.
I choose both "Passive" & "Aggressive" in the chat, but nothing happened.
This event still not completed.

All other events done, except this one.

coffee shop isn't available until after meeting catherine there.

on Vega's Patreon is public, so if you have an account there but aren't subscribed to him, you should still be able to report the issue. I don't think he ever really comes on F95 generally; August of 2021 was the latest activity I see for him.
