Kind of have to say, that this is the first incest where there is actually romance involved. Both loving each other. Very arousing.
I love it.
I do not know yet, how to story evolves but it looks pretty good to me.
I also like the models the dev is using. They are not too young (like some are) but more mature in relations to the MC. The only thing i really do not like is to see the MC (me) in the game. Its always somehow for me a breaker. Though i will go with it, since i like the game so far.
The character are playful and since you do not have really a choice, the ride seems pretty good. I am really enjoying it.

Typing it out would probably take more time than the entire playtime of the update is.

Well, it seems to be a Steam release version, which is a whole new can of worms, but you didn't ask that. Old saves don't work, so hard to tell at this point.
You don't need one. It took me all of 15 mins to skip through everything I've seen and the content stopped there. I'm pretty sure there is nothing new.
