No, Bree slave is exclusive to the Natural Dom trainer type. So you can either use a mod, such as mine, or the console to add the "dominant" tag to the player.
ALL of the walkthroughs listed is out of date and most are for the RAGS version of the game, which has FAR less content and very different in the events.
SoS stands for Sense of Self, one of the 4 primary stats for clients.

Did you use a mod / the console to make her your girlfriend or did you do it through regular playing?
She should have an action called "Spend Time with Her" or "Watch TV with Her" depending on the room.
If she is a Domme, she should have the action "Domme Session" OR if she is a bi-sexual / lesbian, she should have "Lesbian Session".
Depending on previous choices and actions, she should probably also have "Discuss Her Sexuality".
You should also have access to Bedroom -> Elsa, which would let you know about your relationship status.
i use regular play,
after training finish i hypno her to raise her desire
when her desire very high i ask her become my girlfriend
afterward she only shos in bedroom with examine and discuss sexuality
no other room

Even when she is a hypno girlfriend, Bedroom -> Elsa should still show your relationship status.
And since she is your hypno girlfriend, it should ask you weekly if you want to maintain her.
As a hypno girlfriend the following actions SHOULD be available on her: "Discuss Her Sexuality", "Girlfriend - Spend Time with Her" and "Watch TV with Her".
If Lesbian or Domme, "Lesbian Session" or "Domme Session" should be available.
I think you might have encountered a bug.
Make sure you are playing 0.7m version of the game and try to make a new save game and try to follow the same steps you took and if it is still an issue, we can try to further fix your issue.
