Why people complaining about sex games being too focused on sex? People watch porn for the fucking, not the acting and storytelling.
All-knowing talker? All I know is that I sunk well over 50$ into that game, when they suddenly decided to rewrite the code from the ground up... ;-) releasing content nobody wants like a testing ground with firearms and different surfaces and moving characters around in a dead world adding a few bits and pieces here and there. I can't even remember when this project started, but I saw it years ago... since then they've made more animations(which is nice), a small eclosement of buggy shit and better physics. When I supported them they made around 7-8k... now they make almost 100k and... what is ehm... they can't even follow their own plan xD... so what am I missing, that makes you defend this neverending project?
Well, for the 10th time: Have you seen how long actual AAA games take to make? With 50+ devs it still takes 4-5 years on average. These guys just recently got more than 10 devs and they still arent the type of studio with years of pipeline, assets and tech from previous games at their disposal so take that into account too. It doesnt matter how much money they are making. If they made 10 million a month that still wouldnt affect the speed as much as youd think because creating these things takes time regardless.
Thats the sort of stuff that is simply not true. How short sighted and egocentric do you have to be to believe you know exactly what everyone or no one wants. Thats the sort of childish bullshit that annoys people here.

Ah, the good old "they didn't do as i demanded and now i'm mad" conflict. Who do you think you are to believe that they follow the wishes of everyone like a reanimated corpse and don't add stuff that they want? I had no idea Patreon is meant to be a bloody leash around the neck of creators.
Yes, they get money every month and therefore they should sometimes consider to add stuff the community want (you really think they would earn so much money if they only do their own thing and ignore every good idea?^^') but that's about it. You own no legal right to dictate what they have to do.
Oh and about the +$50, tough shit my friend. You must be the very first person who suffers from such a harsh RL experience. Since you can cancel your pledges whenever you feel like it's not a big deal but perhaps more of an error on your side for having childish expectations how devs should work to please you.

That does not change the fact that people before the rewrite sunk their dollars into a game that was suddenly obsolete. I know I do not dictate what they do, I am just stating facts, where you are obviously emotionally invested somehow in this game x) I'll drop it if you do, but to be honest as little as my opinion matters to you, yours matters even less to me, but enough to reply ;D
Okay, so lets turn this around. How many dollars are you willing to sink into a game that may or may not ever release? Have you even invested in it? In the end you may pay up to and above 500$ if you were with them from the beginning. If you are willing to use that much money, why are you on F95?
To preach common sense... Why are you? Dont question that.
If you have a strong opinion on the game and want to voice it where it matters, then go talk to the devs themselves. Whats the big deal?
PS: Rewrites are pretty normal in game dev and part of the process to improve it. So I dont get what your point is there either.

I feel like I've already paid enough the first time around and am interested seeing how they progress, because I still have hopes for a release! Whatever you see me posting on I have paid for, other than DAZ3D assets. I am not paying for that(not everything atleast) x) Lets make a deal; I will pay for both you and porn_jesus's copy of the game(online or hardcase) if its released inside the next year (alpha or beta doesn't matter). Deal? and you can all hold me to that or ban me from this site! :-D If not you guys need to realize that this is the course they are taking.

If it gets released without me noticing just send me a PM please.I don't see the point why they do animations for each NPC if they'd do it just for Maya or Male Protagonist that you can choose in the beginning of the game then the game would be huge and not just animation showcase.
Speak for yourself. If it's just about the sex and nothing more, then why is there such an abundance of sex games? Those games come in all sorts of varieties, from platformers to puzzle games, and simulators to action games. It's not just about the sex. Maybe for you it is, but I'm willing that for a lot of people it's about more.
I personally think that the context added by gameplay and story makes the sex itself so much more interesting and arousing. Yes, you can view the scenes in a gallery in many games, but that's just not the same as encountering those animations "in the wild" during gameplay. And the storytelling can give your characters that would otherwise just be porn actors some actual character. Let you know how they feel and things like that. Again, context.
Have you tried Fallen Doll? Out of the games that I know of from this forum, that and its sequel are the only ones that are similar to this in terms of animations.
There seems to be a misunderstanding here. They don't make animations for every character separately. The animations they make for Maya carry over to a bunch of the other female characters, just excluding two. A few male characters also share skeletons, thus can use the same animations.
I also don't get why you think the game would be huge if they only made animations for one character. Could you explain that?
From what I tried Fallen Doll is just a discount version of HoneySelect, PlayHome and AI girl... its the game with the piano room and the Strip room right?
I've never played those other games, but you were asking about something similar in quality when it comes to animations. And yes, Fallen Doll is the one with the piano room, among others. There's also Fallen Doll: Operation Lovecraft, which has more beast animations, if that's your thing.

Ouch, not what I meant at all haha. Was assuming that humanoid enemies would exist at some point, and my question was more pointed towards that.
