yea man wtf did you expect? this is basicaly pornhub but interactive and customizable in almost any way you want; people play this to enjoy themselves not for normal "gameplay" like go build this or kill this or be fast doing this...
would like to have some sort of kinky campaign tho, as long as it's not cringey as fuck

Well, to be fair, some people expect what patreon advertises. If it should not be expected - they should advertise it as porn sim quote/gripping Adult Action-RPG. Im not sure sometimes if people really understand the difference between Final Shipping Goals and the FOR NOW realized state of a Early Access Project description ;)

You should mess with all of them, they can all be customised but Maya seems to have the least technical problems with that

has anybody had any luck running this in multi-monitor setup. Usually all i have to do is setup Nivida surround to run my 3 monitors at 5760X1080 and change the in game settings to match. Doing this in this game hasnt worked so maybe its just that this game is not optimized yet to support

The bigger your Scope the more Time it's Logic most important is the Unique IP (that is the main property no 3rd Party involved on this level is the most important) without it they never would make this much anyways.
They surely not want to stay with Sex Games it's just the Jump Board or they have a really good idea how to dualize it in a working way without going the hard censoring way but clever content replacement for both targets.
