Yeah, you are because you're obsessed about definitions but also use them in a wrong way. Patreon scams exist because people are too dense to recognize a scam when they see one not because people say the wrong things on a random pirate site.

The patreon page makes it VERY clear that the game is in development (i.e. it WILL be what it says on the tin once it's finished) and they post their progress reports publicly. You can also download a free, albeit outdated version of the game to see what this is all about. They're being VERY transparent about their development process and do not hide the fact that most of the gameplay elements are still missing. With all these informations at your disposal you know exactly what you're getting, supporting them and afterwards claiming you have been scammed is quite frankly only possible if you're mentally handicapped, sorry.

Do you think it is okay for a game to take 10+ years to be finished? Do you even believe it will be finished someday? Are you so blind you can't see developers are trying to milk this "game" as long as possible? Do you need an example of their milking? Switching to unreal engine 5. What did it do? NOTHING. What did devs gain from it? A LOT OF MONEY FOR DOING LITERALLY NOTHING. For fucks sake this "game" is in a much worse state than it already was before switching the engine.

Constant dev updates/reports, new scenes every 2 months, sandbox updates to set up your own buildings and scenes (which I concede that Illusion games can also do, but those Jap devs aren't going to use UE4/UE5 are they?)... can you really call this a scam considering these?

Is there a way to swim? I wanted to make a scene with a pool. Old map is no longer allowing this, there is an invisible floor. New map, you'll just clip through. I know that you can have the water plane, but my goal is to make it deep so that you can actually swim.
