actually im interested in the animation inprovement part. its barelly noticeable? since i saw some glitches with the boobs and balls with some of the scenes, for example when a hand hover over a boob and it streches like jello on it.

I have no problem with that Alt + 0 in game also have steam VR running already. Or is there something im missing?

Try Alt+0 or Alt+o or Try Riftcat Vridge.. but I don't own VR so can't confirm if it works with valve index or not.
