Just want to say thanks to AdeptusSteve and team for the latest release. The most important thing it has - DLSS support. Finally my 3080 is not flying up in 4K resolution on empty sandbox. I appreciate that!

I know this because they had a "solid foundation" for years but they kept remaking and ignoring it for years.
Subverse was never going to be an open world adult rpg.
These two games have no similarities beyond the theme(adult).

Yes, the hair props are currently static meshes without skinning and physics. However, the modding community now has access to tools and tutorials that enable the creation of not only custom outfits but also hair that can deform with the body (hair physics are not supported though).
Custom animations are also now possible, using a keyframe-based system. It's more time-intensive compared to something like True Facials (which allows quick animations in minutes), but it offers significantly higher quality and flexibility compared to simple inverse kinematics loops. There are a few people already learning and showing their progress on the official WL discord.
Overall, we now have a robust collection of tools both within the game and externally, making modding and animation more accessible than ever before. That said, it's not for casual players who want an easy playground to create things quickly. Diving into it requires a considerable amount of effort and dedication.
As for the modding scene in general, we don't have many modders but most are still here with us pushing out more mods and slowly breaking limits of what can be done with WL. If you're considering being a WL modder, now is a good time to start in my opinion.

That's odd. I've been seeding it since then and already uploaded 320GB.
How exactly are you trying to use the file? Do note it's not a magnet link, it's a .torrent file, which is basically a text file so when you click it your browser will first just try to display it to you, like clicking on a .PDF . You have to save that and then open it with your client.
Are there any plans to have more Kerpali x Human male animations with the normal looking adult males? It seems to revolve around Max and Djablo which are not entertaining or fun to watch for me. Been watching this game for years and nearly every update misses on this and I don't think I've played more than an hour in the past year because of this.

Yeah it doesn't open in qbittorrent via firefox for me, just opens html with the code, doesn't matter got another one now anyways so no probs.

I'm glad you got it working, for future reference you're supposed to save what it opens and use that. There is no HTML in it, only that "code" which is the content of the file. You're supposed to save it and then open it with your client. It's made with QBittorrent's integrated Torrent Creator tool.

On the other hand, they seem to be ignoring kerpali x kerpali and kerpali f x human m animations a lot.
Are they still going with the being forced to play as the opposite gender for half of the game (non optional) thing?

reading the changelog and reviewing the perpetually "new" animations additions, looks like yet another zero reason to download and play.
UE6 is going to get released before these guys are anywhere close to actually making this game what it's supposed to be.

Yea idk about this, no matter what I do my fps doesn't go past 25 despite me changing the settings, and I know it's not my computer because I can run much more demanding games at 60fps.
Also the ships that you fly in on in the intro have no textures for some reason.

Yeah sorry I meant it was just opening with the metadata in another tab, it's an issue with my Firefox, usually with the way I set it up I can just click a .torrent link and it download automatically then windows will open it, much like clicking a magnet but the rule I set is not working anymore and I just didn't even think to right click save and open LOL.

- Create a shortcut of the WildLifeC.exe
- Right click the shortcut and select "properties"
- Add -dx11 onto the end of the target. Should look something like this: "C:\Games\WildLife\WildLifeC.exe" -dx11
- Play the game through the shortcut

The game is still in a tech demo stage. (TBH, remembered Star Citizen for some reason...)
Maybe they will do a gender choice on the start, and plot with an opportunity to get the wings later. Instead shoving "a wing girl gameplay" down a terran boy throat.
Let's face it - missing textures "to add later", empty world (because you only have a table and a stool asset to make a village look alive), placeholders in dialogs "NOT YET IMPLEMENTED", bugs like sudden death on gently landing or stuck in some rock, sketchy plot like "if quests are completed, talk to girl and select act 2 and teleport somewhere as she", erotic elements of story "DIY in a sandbox room" - it is not a beta stage yet.
