Well I like both main L.I., but I do actively plan on pursuing a redemption arc with Ash if possible since she's easily as hot if not more attractive to me than either of the blondes, then again, I've got a serious weakness for redheads so with her looks and fiery personality, if we can start over with a clean slate with her, I'm open to just pursuing/ending up with her.
Personally I'm not interested in redeeming her she seems like a bitch, I would be happy just ignoring her. I suppose it depends on what the MC did to get fired, maybe she is justified in being a bitch to him.

She dropped hints that while she was involved, it wasn't all her decision/intent to stab the MC in the back and get him fired. I'm sure at some point, we'll see what happened from her PoV that led to him getting fired, mostly likely if we decide to befriend her. There's always more than 1 side to a story, and if the MC isn't completely at fault, and she isn't completely evil, then it could easily just be a misunderstanding that led to them falling out. In the last update, iirc, the MC commented before he was fired, they were friendly, if not actually friends, so it's worth it to me to at least hear her out and get her side of the story.
Kinsey's ok, I didn't mind possibly a friends with benefits route with her prior to Carmine/Tiara/Ash being introduced and added to our relationship screen. I see her as just a nice distraction and way to relieve stress, despite liking how forward she was kissing the MC on the lips at the gym. Not only is she not ashamed or shy about her body, but she's definitely got enough self-confidence to let a guy know she's interested in him... I'm just not interested in her enough to pursue...especially if we're talking brunettes Tiara is waaay more attractive to me despite her unfortunate situation. If possible, I might be interested in being that shoulder to lean on or sympathetic ear, though something tells me she's stronger than that and will get her revenge on her own with or without help.

I liked Rachel's honesty regarding her interest in the MC and not playing mindgames, and honestly the first time she had a heart to heart talk about her past, including being a widower and scratching and clawing her way to where she is at today made me respect and be interested in her. However, with her current bad behavior she's displaying, I find it hard to believe her capable being in a serious, romantic relationship. Maybe the behavior she showed getting to the top of her profession has helped her professionally, but unless our MC is looking for a sugar momma to take care of him and treat him like her own personal pet/sex toy, it sends the wrong message and will make me reconsider/reevaluate what kind if any relationship I want with her or if I decide to just have some fun until I can pursue someone else.
